The apartment, completely renovated and newly furnished, is ideal for those who want to spend their stay in a quiet, elegant, and exclusive setting while still being close to all the attractions of the famous city of Padua.
Our apartment, fully equipped with all essential appliances and featuring a simple yet modern design, will be the perfect place to spend part of your time in wonderful Padua.

The apartment features a living room with a coffee table and three chairs where you can enjoy your meals, a double bed, opposite which you’ll find a 43" Smart TV for enjoying a quiet evening watching your favorite shows; this open-concept space also includes the kitchen, where you’ll find appliances such as a toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave, etc.
For a third person, there’s the option to add a pouf that converts into a single bed.

In the bathroom, equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower, you’ll find a welcome kit (shampoo, body wash, and body lotion) and towels of various sizes.
You’ll also find a very convenient washing machine.

The apartment is meticulously maintained, equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. Although it’s located right in the city center, the apartment has windows and doors that allow you to enjoy peace and relaxation by completely blocking out outside noise.

You’ll find centralized VMC ventilation—a forced-air recirculation system that manages indoor humidity and sanitizes the air, eliminating up to 99% of bacteria and viruses present in the air.

Outside, you’ll find a pleasant patio with sofas, armchairs, and coffee tables, where you can enjoy time with friends and family outdoors, relax, and/or work on your computer.
The property also features a laundry room on Level -1: a washing machine, a washer-dryer, and a dryer will be at your disposal so you can wash and hang your clothes comfortably in a space dedicated solely to this purpose.

Guest Access
The apartment is located on the first floor of the residence and is easily accessible by elevator or via the building’s stairs.

The entrance to the residence is located at Via del Santo 121.

Directions to the location will be provided after booking, along with arrival and check-in information.

Other things to keep in mind
The exterior door to the property is electronic; simply enter the code provided and wait for it to open.

Please be careful not to push the door after entering the code, as the door will open and close automatically.
