Exclusive 130 sq m design apartment is located on the second of an elegant building with no lift. Perfect for 6 people, it is located in the historic center, a few steps from Piazza dei Signori and the Scrovegni Chapel. The opportunity not to be missed!
Internally the accommodation consists of:
★ ROOM 1: elegant double bedroom equipped with a 160x200 double bed and wardrobe.
★ ROOM 2: with 2 single beds (80x200) and wardrobe
★ LIVING ROOM: with relaxation corner, double sofa bed and Smart TV (ONLY films with NETFLIX).
★ DINING ROOM: with design dining table and relaxation corner
★ KITCHEN: has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka pot and kitchen utensils.
★ BATHROOM: with shower and bidet.
★ BATHROOM 2: with bath tub and bidet
★ ADDITIONAL SERVICES: WIFI, air conditioning (4 split), independent heating with the boiler, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

Guest access
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and will be happy to organize early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, in case there are no other outgoing / incoming guests. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival.

IF THE EARLY CHECK-IN IS NOT AVAILABLE, IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO DEPOSIT THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE THE CLEANING IS COMPLETED.

All guests' identity documents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law.

For check-in from 21:30 to 01:30 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash on arrival, according to the following:
EUR 25 from 21:30 until 23:00
EUR 30 from 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 40 from midnight to 01:30
It is not possible to check in after 01:30, even for a fee.

Upon your arrival you will be asked to pay the city tax of EUR 1 per person per night, for the first 5 nights only, as requested by the municipality of Padua.

Cleanbnb are bandits

Never got to see this apt bc of Covid-19. Cleanbnb refused to refund our money. Their no refund policy should only cover individual circumstances not a pandemic and travel ban. We were not allowed to travel out of the country from Canada. They pocketed our money and rebooked the apt. Bandits.
