Views of treetops and sounds of crashing waves off in the distance will melt away your stress. An open concept main floor means everyone can stay connected and enjoy each other’s company, or escape to the bedrooms tucked away on other floors for privacy. The second floor back deck is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee as you look out on the Elk Creek conservation area being the recommended place to end your day. Don’t worry, you’re just a quick walk away from all Seabrook has to offer. Stroll to the shops, restaurants, multiple parks, indoor and outdoor pools, and spa in under 5 minutes or take an 8 minute walk to the expansive and picturesque Pacific Beach.

Top Floor:

Large primary suite with king size rod iron bed and Memory Foam mattress, sleep with the window open and hear the Pacific Ocean! Don’t want your littles in the bunk room 2 floor downs? The trundle bed gives you option to have them sleep in the same room as you. Primary ensuite bathroom has gorgeous views of the Elk Creek conservation area, twin pedestal sinks, and a shower tub combo.

Main Floor:

Open floor plan living room with a cozy gas fireplace and a Smart HDTV, Hardwood floors and crown moldings. Large trestle dining table with bench seating for 8-10. Back porch overlooks a greenbelt and is a private spot with high end seating. Fully equipped kitchen with subway tile backsplash and light quartz countertop. Appliances include: 5-burner gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and side by side refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, pots and pans, dishes and flatware, glasses, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, Vitamix blender, kitchen aid mixer, waffle iron, and crock pot. Front porch has ample sitting areas for you to keep an eye on kids and dogs as they play in fully fenced yard or explore Mill District Park.

Lower Floor:

Bedroom with Queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. Bunk room with 2 spacious built-in twin bunks to accommodate 4 children or adults. Media room had Smart HDTV, PS3, movies, legos, games, as well as a sleeper couch with a memory foam mattress. Bathroom with tub/shower combo. Large capacity washer/dryer. Porch with a spectacular private woodland setting and your own private fairy tree.
