"We stay here all the time we love it, but we always say the same thing. They need to keep poolside service going as long as the pool is open instead of ending at 6:00. Also they would benefit from offering 24 hr room service. If they really want to splurge, add a hot tub next to pool! It’s was 92 when we stayed and the pool was still freezing"

"Room was clean; breakfast was average; We had to request that our room be serviced, and it wasn't (so we just requested clean towels). Good location for walking to tourist areas in downtown SLC; parking garage was a nice plus."

"I always love staying at the Crystal inn the staff's great the breakfast is great, but this time however I paid a lot of money for a sweet and it seemed very outdated. If you book a suite with a jetted tub do not stay on the first floor."

"The property was very clean. The few interesting things was that the room air conditioner is controlled remotely by the host, it was not as cold as expected. There’s no breakfast provided on the weekend, just coffee and pastries."

I have cervical issues and need good support for my head to try and keep it inline with my body. It seemed like no amount of curling folding or punching them up could support my needs. "Hey threw in a $30 value for underground parking in a nice clean underground garage. They had coffee and bagels at 6:30 for the early risers. The location was unbeatable for venues and downtown salt lake City. And it was quiet."

"Beautiful place to stay in Salt Lake. Spacious, clean room. Excellent breakfast options and quality. Superior coffee! Usual downtown noise can be heard in rooms, located near night club venue that was so loud it can be heard on the 9th floor. Only experienced that on one of the night's stay. No fault of the hotel, it is unfortunate and one would probably hear it at the other surrounding hotels as well."
