"スタッフの方の皆様がとても対応がよく、笑顔で接していただき、2泊したが食事も毎回変わっていて大変美味しかったです。 2泊目の夕食時のご飯が硬いところがあり、残してしまいました。朝の残りかと思いました。 大浴場の温泉は満足！ ただ、足が不自由な母と一緒だった為、エレベーターがあると助かります。 あと、足が不自由な母は部屋の露天風呂を楽しみにしていましたが、内風呂も部屋露天風呂も温泉じゃなかったのは非常に残念でした。"

"全体的に綺麗な客室でした。 最寄りにバス停もあるので、バスで向かうこともできるようです。 ただ、本数が少ないので多用するのは難しいかも。 徒歩でも割と近くて、タクシーで向かっても800円しか掛からなかったです。 ただ、徒歩だと登り坂なので重い荷物があると大変。 お肉を食べるなら最寄りのスーパーでなく、下今市にある渡辺精肉店がおすすめです。 ブランド牛を扱っているので、かなり美味しいです。 行くなら定休日があるので、事前に調べたほうがいいです。 下今市には、道の駅もあるので、野菜関係はこちらがおすすめです。 施設については、前回体験した鬼怒川ヴィラと異なり、ウェルカムドリンクがなくてガッカリ。 ..."

"It was a nice and spacious place, surroundings are quite pleasant and not touristy. However, inside the apartment it was not very clean.
