Welcome to this luxurious and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-storey condo in the exclusive Sierra Lane community — ideally situated between Blue Mountain Village, Monterra Golf Course, and the ski hills. It’s the perfect home base for family vacations, multi-family stays, or group getaways.

The open-concept main level boasts a bright, inviting living space featuring a two-storey gas fireplace, large-screen TV, and hardwood floors. The dining area seats 8 comfortably, while the fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, upgraded cabinetry, and a large island with seating for 4 — perfect for cooking, gathering, and entertaining.

The main floor also includes a spacious bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a full bathroom — ideal for kids or groups.

Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a stunning master retreat with a king bed, large-screen TV, and spa-like en-suite with a Jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed with an adjacent bathroom. A loft area provides additional lounge space with a sofa and chair.

Designed with comfort in mind, this completely renovated condo offers upgraded mattresses, premium linens and towels, forced-air heating (not electric baseboards), and central A/C. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs with unlimited movies, live TV, and Bluetooth speakers for entertainment.

Step out onto your private balcony, complete with a natural gas BBQ and patio set, where you can relax and enjoy views of the golf course and ski hills. Guests also have access to the Sierra Lane outdoor pool during summer months, pending availability.

The location was excellent - very close to the Village.Was very clean, but you are at the mercy on somethings of the people who stayed there before you (i.e. cooking utensils in the drawers that didn't go through the dishwasher, BBQ wasn't cleaned properly).Was a great stay. Blue Mountain condo

The unit was comfortable for our families. The 4 kids enjoyed staying in the bunk bed room. The amenities were just right. We all enjoyed your place. It is very convenient to walk to the village. I would recommend this unit to others.

Spacious Condo Steps From Blue Mountain

The property was very large and well appointed. We had plenty of space for our family of four. It is a very short walk to Blue Mtn which was very convenient. The communication with the Property Management was excellent. Overall, it was a great property, and I would recommend and stay there again.

Spacious and clean condo at great location

We have had a great ski holiday at this spacious condo with 3 adults and 2 teenagers. The house was very clean, complete with all necessities for quality family time and close proximity to the Blue Mountains. The hosts have been very responsive and helpful where needed.

We booked this villa for our girls' weekend and we were incredibly happy with it. Not only was the layout perfect to accommodate all 8 of us (so much room for sleeping and lounging), the property was incredibly close to The Village. Only a 2 minute (or so) walk which made it nice and convenient. Lots of parking for our cars but we didn't even need them all weekend. The hosts were fantastic. They responded so quickly to our messages and were so helpful and polite.

Ladies getaway weekend

Great location, house is big to fit 6 comfortably. All kitchen equipments and supplies are there. We finally get YouTube access but wifi is slow. It is a good weekend getaway location and venue. Host response is immediate and helpful.

Great place for family getaway

Quick and friendly communication and responses from the property owners. Fantastic location to get around the village. Property is set up nicely to comfortably house a large family like ours. Had some minor issues with cleanliness (I have very young children so maybe I’m just more particular) but owners have assured they will address that. Would definitely return.
