This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom recently remodeled vacation home is all about its exceptional location, just one block from downtown, this condo is just a short walk to everything that Ouray has to offer!

This home features a cozy dining area, gas fireplace located in the living area, a back deck off of the bedrooms perfect for enjoying the scenery and the quiet courtyard. Although this home does not have a dedicated washer and dryer, there are coin-operated washers and dryers in the complex common area.

The Primary bedroom features a Queen bed and the second bedroom features two Twin beds with the full bathroom just outside of the bedrooms.

Nestled at 7,800 feet, Ouray, CO offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year! In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs. Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have air conditioning. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Adequate - but just

Place had absolutely no character. The furniture was totally mismatched and looked like it all came from a junk sale. Not even headboards on the beds. No curtains, just cheesy valances. Window blinds all in disrepair. One didn’t work at all so we couldn’t close at night. The place was just cheaply decorated and not the mountain getaway we were hoping for. Even the silverware didn’t match.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was so conveniently located in the heart of Ouray. I should have known, but I was a bit surprised that there wasn’t any air conditioning. We sweated the first night. After that, the temperature dropped due to the rain, so we slept well the rest of our nights. The checking in and checking out process was extremely easy. We would definitely go back (and bring a fan with us)!

Great Location

Perfect location, short walk to shops and restaurants. Cozy little condo. Best part… greeted by the local mule deer bucks daily. Beautiful views! We loved the area and the locals were extremely welcoming.

Simple get away

Perfect location within walking distance to town and hot springs, as well as hikes. We had an issue with the oven which was fixed right away. Everything was clean and as stated on the listing. Overall great property, small but you will be spending most of your time outdoors.

Perfect location, great space!

This stay was amazing! Right off the Main Street of Ouray, walking distance to restaurants, hot springs, and hikes. The rooms were cozy with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. We even had an issue with the furnace and a wonderful repair man came out within an hour. Would highly recommend!

Almost a perfect experience.

I was locked out near the end of my stay by a failure of the digital lock. I want to apologize for my anger but I thought that the code had been changed. When I found out that the lock had failed I understood that this was nobody's fault. The rest of the stay was fine. It is a very nice place and being in Ouray, the views are fantastic! We enjoyed watching the deer family graze behind the bedrooms. A young buck really enjoyed eating the fallen apples. Without the broken lock it would have been a perfect experience. I realize that this is the digital age but old fashioned keys and locks were pretty darned reliable. But maybe less secure.

Overall, this is a comfortable and well-equipped property. However, renters may wish to know the following: The floors & ceilings are thin, and the boards creak - expect to hear plenty of noise from above as the third floor occupants move around. Several lightbulbs were missing and no replacement bulbs were available - we had to buy them ourselves. A corkscrew, a vegetable peeler, and a lid for the trash can would be good additions to the kitchen. The queen mattress is comfortable, but creaks loudly on one side with even the slightest movement.

Best Location to Attend the Ouray Film Festival in June

Small but cozy, great location to the Opera House for the Ouray International Film Festival. Also close to shopping, restaurants, hot springs, Jeep rentals, etc.
