When it’s time to switch off completely, the cosy double bed promises a restful night’s sleep, while the contemporary shower room with its walk-in shower ensures you wake refreshed and ready for another adventure.

A shared coin operated utility room, drying area and additional freezer space add extra convenience, and as darkness falls, the communal fire pit area becomes the perfect place to toast marshmallows, share stories and soak up the tranquillity of rural Devon.

A leisurely stroll takes you to the beautiful River Otter, while the welcoming village of Tipton St John, less than a mile away, is home to a traditional country pub.
