House Rules:
• Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.
• No parties, events, or tents
• Pet-friendly: Max 2 dogs, 75 lbs each, $100 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be leashed in public areas and crated when left unattended. $300 fine for non-compliance.
• No smoking anywhere on the property ($500 fine for non-compliance)
