License to Chill is the ultimate retreat for relaxation and adventure, offering a perfect blend of comfort, style, and unbeatable marina views. This three-bedroom home is thoughtfully designed to provide cozy and inviting spaces for families, friends, or groups to make lasting memories.

The first level features a gourmet kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, a dining room with a table that seats eight, and a living room with a stunning fireplace that creates the perfect ambiance. The master bedroom, complete with a luxurious en-suite bathroom, is also on this level. Step out from the living room or the master bedroom onto a large balcony overlooking the marina. This outdoor space is ideal for dining, grilling on the gas grill, or simply relaxing in the comfortable seating while taking in the view.

Upstairs, the second level is a haven for kids and guests. A game room provides entertainment for all, while the two bedrooms are perfect for resting after a day of fun. One bedroom features a queen bed, and the other includes two twin-over-full bunk beds plus an additional twin bed. These bedrooms share a spacious full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The finished walk-out basement is another highlight, offering a recreational room complete with a wet bar and pool table. A large porch overlooking the marina extends from this level, providing another beautiful outdoor space to relax and take in the tranquil surroundings. The basement also includes a laundry room and a full bathroom for added convenience.

Located just a short drive from downtown Ottawa, you’ll have easy access to a variety of restaurants, shopping, and activities. Whether you’re exploring the town, spending a day on the river, or simply enjoying the serene views from the balcony or porch, License to Chill offers a perfect mix of relaxation and recreation.

Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch. #priorites

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

License to Chill has a two pet maximum with a 75lb maximum weight per dog. There is a $100 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave it unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking these rules.

We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a $500 fine.
