It is an accommodation to revive the atmosphere of southern Italy, with vaulted ceilings and frescoes on the walls, among furnishings, authentic vintage accessories from the grandmother's house with a hint of modern, but all in a familiar context as if you were staying at your grandmother's.

Equipped with all the comforts to accommodate up to 4 people.
Only 3minutes (700 metres) walk from the Piazza Centrale, it allows you to visit Ostuni comfortably on foot.
The 80-square-metre accommodation is located on the first floor with independent access from the street; there are 15 stairs with handrails to the wall to access the entire floor.
The house, with its typical local architecture with star vaults, gives the emotions of a timeless land, linked to the family's roots as can be seen in the vintage furnishing components with a touch of modernity on the style detail that evokes a lively play of colours.
The house is a spacious solution all on one level designed to offer maximum relaxation and comfort with practical and functional spaces:
- LIVING AREA: DINING/LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa with armchairs, TV, cupboard.
- KITCHEN CORNER equipped with 4-burner cooker, electric kettle, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils.
- NIGHT ZONE: two double bedrooms with wardrobe.
- BATHROOM with WC, shower cubicle and bidet shower.
- LAUNDRY COMPARTMENT equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack.

Additional services available to guests: Unlimited WIFI, air conditioning and UNIQUE heat pump in dining room, towels and bed linen included, cot/crib, high chair, changing table available free of charge on request, pet bowls available free of charge on request.

The flat with its small balcony overlooks the main street. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood where parking spaces are both paid and free of charge.
The location of the flat is in a strategic point of the town, above a pharmacy, close to bars, supermarkets, bakeries, it is 20m from the municipal villa, 50m from the square and the historic centre and 20m from the shopping area.
Ostuni is then situated 7Km from the sea, 5Km from the railway station and 20Km from Brindisi airport, 30 minutes from Alberobello, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli.

House filled with character in a great location!

I stayed for 4 nights in the "Nona Casa". The location was perfect for me with an easy walk into the Historic Town Centre and near to local amenities and the park. The house is furnished in a 60's style which reflects the interior design which I found charming. The bed was very comfortable and the house was warm, which was important as I stayed in March. It was quiet at night for a good night's sleep. If I had any questions my requests were dealt with quickly. There was usually a parking spot available nearby. I would definitely recommend this town house to others visiting Ostuni.
