There are all the main accessories: air conditioning, internet wi-fi, washing machine, mobile barbecue , outdoor shower, alarm system, hair dryer, kitchen complete with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster.
The masseria, with its 4 double suites, offers up to 8 beds for adults, plus possible 3 pouf beds for children. Pets are allowed.

The outdoor spaces of the mansion are a true oasis where you can fully enjoy the vacations and regenerate spending days under the sign of relaxation.
The interiors are exclusive, furnished with designer furniture and accessories and complete with the most modern comforts.
Overlooking the pool area and the solarium are two large rooms with sliding glass windows that become two comfortable open verandas. On one of the verandas is a modern , well-equipped American-style kitchen with kitchenette island and dining area.
The second veranda is a living room with large, comfortable sofas. There is also a separate laundry room and an outdoor area with an outdoor shower and sink.
The sleeping area of Ca` della Roccia consists of 4 large double suites, all with independent access, furnished in Provencal and shabby chic style. Each suite is furnished with a double bed, mini kitchenette with induction hob and mini fridge, and large full shower rooms. Three of the 4 suites have an ottoman bed for children.

The beautiful Ca` della Roccia is for vacation rental in Puglia and is located in the countryside, less than 8 km from the center of the town of Ostuni, in the heart of the Valle d`Itria.
The location is optimal to reach all the most beautiful places in the area: Cisternino, Martina Franca and Ceglie Messapica. A short distance from the masseria there is a food outlet at a service station with a bar and a convenience store, where you can buy basic necessities.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 35 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October, off-season pool's opening has an extra cost of euro 150.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 150 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
