You’ll live in approximately 140 square meters + 60 square meters spread over three floors (3 bathrooms & 5 bedrooms).
From the spacious entryway, you’ll enter the elegant living and dining area, which, together with an open kitchen set on a raised platform, forms the heart of the home. Not only does the large marble fireplace stand out, but so does the expansive floor-to-ceiling window wall facing south, which offers direct access to the terrace. Also located on the first floor is a half-bath with a shower.
The upper floor features 2 bedrooms with access to the balcony, 2 bedrooms/children’s rooms, and a bathroom with a tub.
The fully finished basement houses not only the coat closet and the laundry and drying room but also a sauna, a living area, a 4-bed room, and a bathroom with a shower.

The final price includes electricity, heat, water, and Wi-Fi.
You may bring your own bed linens or have them provided for 10.00 euros per person. (Payment upon arrival)
Towels are not provided.
Children up to 3 years old stay free, including 1 travel crib and 1 high chair.
A large grill is available for the patio.
Laundry service is NOT offered; unfortunately, this option cannot be disabled!
