Your Osprey adventure begins at this 2-bedroom townhome. Enjoy all of the local charm and activities the Casey Key area has to offer. Our townhome is the perfect balance of ambiance and serenity, tucked away from the bustling city while also being in close proximity to stores, beaches and water front dining. Only 7 miles from the #1 rated beach in America, Siesta Key Beach and only 2 miles from the nearest boat ramp, perfectly nestled in Osprey, Fl. between Sarasota and Venice, Fl. It has an open floor plan with a large open kitchen, dining and living room area, perfect for entertaining. This BRAND NEWLY BUILT 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome has plenty of room for the family, with available optional pack & play or roll away trundle bed available, if needed. This townhome is located on a private road, on private property on 3 acres. There is another home on the property that is occupied on the property full time. There is plenty of room on the property to park your boat/trailer, kayaks or bicycles. There is also a large outdoor area with a screened in porch and grill for use that is a shared space for guests as well. ****NO PETS****

We were so impressed with this property when we visited back in March that we didn’t hesitate to book it again for our December stay—and it did not disappoint. The spacious two-bedroom layout is comfortable and well-designed, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.We also love the convenient access to nearby retail, which makes quick errands or last-minute needs incredibly easy. It was great to see that the host continues to make thoughtful improvements as well—adding a new coffee maker and an evening security light, both of which enhanced our stay and overall comfort.The host is very accommodating, responsive, and clearly invested in creating a positive experience for guests. We’ve stayed twice now and remain consistently impressed. We would absolutely recommend this property and would happily stay here again in the future.

Flawless Find

The photos of this home don’t do it justice! My husband and I needed a place to stay near Bradenton, FL, and this spot was perfect. Everything in the home is brand new—where comfort meets contemporary, with upscale appliances, stylish hardware, and beautiful light fixtures. We were beyond impressed!One thing to note: the house is off a dirt road, which can be a little misleading if Google takes you the back way, but it’s only about half a mile from Tamiami Road. Despite that, the location is incredibly convenient—close to a gas station, grocery store, and everything else you might need.The owners are very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location, peaceful, and beautiful

The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. The home is brand new. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The home is beautifully decorated and nicely stocked. It is close to area beaches, but in a private, peaceful location. It was a perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy the warmth and sunshine. Highly recommend!
