Osage Beach lakefront house - Gorgeous views!

This family friendly lakefront home sits near mile marker 22 and is a quick ride to many restaurants & shopping in Osage Beach. Enjoy gorgeous views of the main channel and watch all the boats drive past! This home is in the heart of all the action and has a gorgeous view of the lake and bluff across the way. Large deck to enjoy and private dock available for your use.

All bedrooms come with complete bedding. Bath towels are provided and kitchen is well stocked with dishes and accessories. Pack N Play & booster high chair available.

The deck has seating areas and a gas grill for your use.

The private dock has two slips (no lifts) available for you to tie your boat up during your stay, sizes are 11’x25’ & 11’x32’. Please note we are on the main channel and it can be choppy, especially during summer months. Extra buoys are recommended and a rough water, four point tie up is recommended to secure your boat- do not rely on cleats.

The home is located on a dead-end private roadway. There is driveway parking to accommodate approximately 6 standard-size vehicles. RV parking can't be accommodated.

The home is equipped with exterior security cameras.

Please note - PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This is a quiet street and neighbors must be respected.

Minimum age to rent is 25.

A starter amount of supplies will be provided for your arrival- please bring extra to ensure you have enough for your stay. Provided will be 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towel, 5 dishwasher pods, 4 kitchen garbage bags.

Everything was great and as advertised! We really enjoyed the views and fishing. Grateful for the washer/dryer available for use. Brought our own coffee and enjoyed using the coffee pot for a fresh cup in the morning in the sunroom. Neighbors were friendly. Driveway was easy to find and parking was great. We also had a great time playing pool and some games that were available. Smart TVs made it easy to watch movies in the evenings. All in all the rooms were clean, beds were nice, and everything went super smoothly! Very short commute into town for activities and dinner. We really like Shortys Cajun, Jeffries and Wobbly Boots!!

Great property and location

This property was nice. Enough space for 4-5 couples or a large family group. The large living room was nice. The boat dock was great for our fishing boats. As mentioned, it is on the main channel so it is probably pretty choppy over the summer months, but it wasn’t bad at all in March. We center-tied our boats and it worked just fine. The house is not far from restaurants, pool bars, and grocery stores. I recommend this house.

Cute House

Overall this is a cute house that is very spacious. It does need some TLC (deep cleaning). The property manager was very responsive and assisted with everything we needed. If you haven't been to the Lake of the Ozarks, you should know this house is off the main lake and I don't recommend leaving your boat tied up the entire time at the dock. The wake is pretty extreme from the boats going by. One of the cleats broke with our boat tied up and luckily we were on the dock at the time. It's hard to dock the boat because of the wake and we got multiple scratches on our boat from hitting the dock when we were trying to bring the boat in.

Whole family vacation

This was the first vacation my sister and I plus our families have taken with our parents. Great stay! We encountered a few minor issues, but Jess was awesome to work with! She answered all our questions quickly and took care of us! Would definitely stay here again! It was close to everything we wanted to do and we had a great time!

Perfect house on the lake

Great location on the water in close proximity to restaurants, bars, convenient stores, etc. by both boat or vehicle. The house has tons of space to hangout and socialize. Our group had a blast.

Spring vacation

We absolutely loved this home. It was sonspacious and enjoyable. Thebkids were so entertained with the ping pong/pool table and the lake. They enjoyed jumping off the dock. Due to an unforseen emergency at home, a Tornado destroyed my daughter's home and we had to leave early. Communication with the owner was great and we hated to leave but had to get home to salvage. I highly recommend this home for an enjoyable time

Great weekend getaway with friends

Very nice house with plenty of room. We spent most of our time on the deck with awesome views of the main channel steps away from the water. Great dock for swimming and keeping a boat during your stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
