Lake of the Ozarks State Park is around 10 miles away, and Margaritaville Lake Resort, with swim-up Landshark Bar, is just about a mile down the road.

At the studio itself, start your day with coffee on the balcony, courtesy of the coffeemaker. After days on or near the water, snuggle up in either queen bed and watch TV on the wall-mounted TV or use the free WiFi and desk to knock out any remote work. And, when you're hungry, you can use the microwave to warm up delicious meals from local eateries. The Lake of the Ozarks getaway you’ve been dreaming of awaits - all that’s left to do is book.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The lake views are seasonal and typically are available from November until April. During the warmer months, the trees in front of the windows obstruct views of the water.
This home is located on the first-floor basement level. Guests will need to go downstairs to access the studio.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
