If you're looking for a place to unwind in the action-packed Lake Ozark area, look no further! Our condo is over 1500sq ft and offers everything you need to feel right at home. Our unit overlooks the swim beach and is just steps to one of the complexes 2 pools. The Ledges is one of only a few complexes with a swim beach where you can enjoy the lake from the property grounds. The gradual beach approach to no wake cove is perfect for swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking. Relax lakeside on the covered deck while taking in the wonderful views or stroll along the gentle walking path to the point pool or sandy beach. ****CHILDREN WELCOME****

Our unit walks directly in from the parking lot with only 2 steps to the front door.

Our unit boasts 2 King Master Suites with walkout to the beautiful Lakefront Covered decks. The Third bedroom offers 2 queen beds with attached full bath. The living area has a pull out queen sleeper for additional guests. Each bedroom has a TV and Wifi DVD.

The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, drinks and snacks for friends and family. Whether you choose to go out to one of the many different restaurants or stay back and prepare a home cooked meal in the comfort of your condo, the kitchen has everything necessary to get the job done. There is a separate dining room overlooking the lake to enjoy family meals or a game of cards.

Our unit offers 2 decks with plenty of seating and spectacular views of the no wake cove and sandy swim beach. There is a gas grill for barbecuing and plenty of seating for outside dining.

Boat captains will enjoy calm water docking in the 10x24 boat slip that is just steps away from our unit and included with every rental.

A great place for a couples trip!

This property is ideal for a couples trip, 3-4 couples fit perfectly! Spacious dining room, nice patio, cute beach, clean, large rooms. I would definitely stay here again.

A group of old friends get together once a year and this place was absolutely perfect!! We had an amazing stay. There was 10 of us and the space was perfect! We loved sitting on the patio in the evening after a day of swimming. There was ample amount of space to sleep as well. The owner was available at all times. We got there a couple hours early and asked if we could drop off our bags before going to the store and Tom waisted no time and said of course. We definitely will be back! Great place!

Check in and out was easy! Loved the convenience of the pool and swim beach right next to condo. We utilized the dock for fishing. There were life jackets and floats in the closet that came in handy. The place is very clean and had everything we needed and more. It was very nice overall! Thank you!

The place was great, perfect location. Tom was very nice and easy to get in touch with. He responded right away to a parking question. We did have to run out for a few minor things like shampoo and soap, but the place was well equipped. Would definitely stay again. There were six of us, and there was plenty of room for all of us! Pictures don’t do justice! It was just the right size for our group. The 3 bathrooms off each room made it easy to get ready for a night out. Location was perfect & had a beautiful view of lake. Located right next to complex pool & lake beach area! Owner was always quick to respond with any questions we had.

We absolutely love this spot! It’s so awesome we can go to the beach ,pool or dock within steps !

We love renting this condo from Tom, it’s such a beautiful condo perfect for our family! Everyone is comfortable and at home ! Love that it has a boat slip so we can park a boat. We love to swim at the beach and fish off the dock! Renter is always quick to respond and helpful! We will keep renting this spot!

Beautiful, Newly Remodeled, Large Condo!

We could not be more happy with our stay at this condo. It was perfect! There was just the right amount of room for us to stay, a bathroom in each room, dining room, two balconies and a boat slip included! The list goes on and on. It was very clean and perfect for our girl's weekend getaway. We definitely have this on our list of "would stay here again."
