The complex and the unit itself was nice. We did have a couple of issues. The cable TV in the living room had “no signal.” I ended up spending a significant amount of time getting the TV to work. Someone had disconnected a cable between the cable modem and wi-fi router. I was finally able to troubleshoot the issue by rebooting the receiver, cable modem and wi-fi router to get a signal and get stations to load. We also had a hot water valve that leaked badly when open so we were only able to turn on the hot water before showering and then had to turn it off after showering. The valve had a slow leak even in the off position so we had to place a large bowl under the faucet to catch the water. I had to empty the bowl several times a day. I left voice messages and sent an email to the property owner explaining the issues and never received a response. I also notified Evolve of the issues.

Propert with good views but won't stay again

We booked this condo for 3 nights to be close to family while visiting. The condo was very dusty and dingy like it hadn't been rented in awhile. We moved the recliner to set up a pack n play and found bottle caps and wrappers underneath proving the condo does not receive a deep cleaning. The photos for the condo are outdated as they have replaced the carpet with hard wood (which wasn't clean) and there is "new" living room furniture according to the rental company but to us it looked old and used. The pool has a nice view and there is another with a great view of the main channel. The property's playground was terrible. Seriously needs some TLC and new stuff. We decided to go ahead and leave a day early.

Great place near lots of fun things

This was a great place to stay - we love that it overlooked the pool/lake and was a short drive to a lot of fun things. We used the kitchen to make most of our meals and it was perfect for our little family. I was grateful to know ahead of time that there was no coffee maker so that we could bring a French press. We had a great time and would definitely want to stay here again!

We couldn't get any assistance even after two hours of chat and phone calls. We had to drive an hour round trip to get missing essentials, which included toilet paper. Received no resolution or any offer for refund.

Robin wood stay

This was absolutely beautiful! Great layout, plenty to do. Lot’s of room to spread out and relax. The only complaint is, when it’s time to go in and connect to Wi-Fi, maybe upgrade the unit, and give the tenants a smart tv to navigate our own subscriptions. Outside of that, this condo was PERFECT! Loved the deck and the view. It felt like home.

Perfect view in a quiet area

My husband and I stayed here for five days. We spent most of our days away doing touristy things or on the balcony! We enjoyed seeing the wildlife from the balcony- turtles, ducks, and geese. It’s in a large condo complex, but the only noise we heard was from the pool below. I’d also like to mention that the pool is open 9am-midnight, which is great for night swims. The condo had almost everything that we needed to cook, so a lot of the supplies we brought sat in the bags the whole time. The condo had an abundance of towels, which was great!! Check-in & out was very easy because of the door code. Of course there were minor inconveniences, but I feel that they were mostly due to personal preference (ie, the shower head being too low for our comfort/liking and the trash dumpster being a bit of a walk away). We plan to come back here every summer!

Great stay

We loved the condo! It had great views. Quiet area. However it looked like we were right on the water or near it but there were lots of steps to get down to the “beach” area and the docks. Wish the pool and hot tub had been open as that would have been an amazing feature to sit in the hot tub and be near the water! Overall, a fantastic place for the money and I would definitely stay again.

Life-long visitors surprised by a few inconveniences

We have been coming to Robinwood for the last 35 year. This year our family had grown so we expanded into multiple units and needed an addition bedroom. This unit was clean and well-furnished and we loved the location, view, and size. However, the first night resulted in a fight with the Google Nest (which is a digital thermostats) that someone else was clearly controlling remotely. It reset every hour to 76 degrees which isn’t in our comfort zone. After turning it down several times, I went in to the settings and could see that someone had added automatic adjustments for EVERY HOUR of our stay so that it would return to 76. It hadn’t been set to do so until after we had arrived and started trying to cool the unit down. This was incredibly frustrating and a little unsettling. The central air unit itself is incredibly loud, so every time we woke up hot and turned it down, we were all woken up again less than an hour later when it turned off with several bangs. The property manager took a day and a half to respond which wasn’t helpful during a 3 night stay. By then, I had figured out how to remove the pre-set temps manually, and did, so we ended up with a temperature we preferred, but it took quite a while to do so. Had there been any information explaining why this control existed, we might not have complained, but similarly, had it been disclosed beforehand that the temperature controls were so strict and controlled remotely, we would not have booked the unit. I also feel that if temperature was a major concern, whether for efficiency reasons or not, a second rod with blackout curtains in the main living space would go a long way. Especially since it’s advertised as an additional sleeping space and would help limit the morning light that comes in for people wanting to sleep in. The shower head needs replaced, and there was a smell coming from the garbage disposal (which we did not use). Further, every other unit is equipped with arm bands for the pool and instructions that indicate they need to be worn the entire time guests are swimming. The pool has signs to this effect also. There was no such information in this unit nor were there armbands we could find. Luckily, no one enforced the rule at either pool so it was a non-issue. Overall, we love Robinwood condos and will always return but this unit will not be one we choose again. It just seemed a little under-attended yet over controlled for us.

Nicest Place on the Lake

We’ve stayed at tons of places on the lake and this is easily the nicest property. The view was great and just a 10 minute drive to Marine Max Marina where our friends boat is kept. We stayed with our 2 small kids and while it was totally fine for us, if your kids are a bit more on the wilder side it may not be. There is lots of glass/breakable items. The property has a very adult feel which we loved! The pool was nice and just a short walk from our door. Parking was also a breeze. The owner even popped in on check out day to let us know we didn’t need to do as much as our checkout list said which was a nice surprise! We had no issues whatsoever and will totally be back!

Great anniversary trip

This condo was a great fit for what we were looking for as a getaway. View of Lake and the deck were especially great. Jason the manager is super helpful and easy to contact. He had all the basics there so we had to bring very little with us.

Privacy and relaxation

We were looking for peace and quiet and we definitely received that. We would definitely stay at this property again it was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The view was to die for. The next time we go we plan to grocery shop and just cook at the condo, it was a drive to get to town and back. Also bring your fishing poles! We want to come back when the swimming pools are open
