Modern Style Condo with Lake View! 3 bed/2 bath! 2 pools & beach area!!

2024 newly remodeled condo plus brand new deck!! It has immaculate interior, modern touch, great location with a great view which will enhance your vacation stay!!!! Beautiful stainless steel appliances, fully equipped with all kitchen utensils and appliances, electric grill on deck, washer and dryer, all towels and linens provided.

This condo is perfect for everyone! The master bedroom has a king size bed, Flat Screen TV, Cable, ceiling fan with a door leading onto the deck. Additionally, adjoining master bath has a double bowl vanity with plenty of mirror space! The second and third bedrooms both have Queen size beds and are a close proximity to the second bathroom. Flat Screen Smart TV in living room and both queen bedroom as well has fast WIFI!!

The Ledges complex is located at the 20.5 mile marker and has a great view of both the main channel and the cove! There are two pools to choose from, one situated on the point looking at the main channel, a small swim beach and volleyball area, as well as a swim dock in the lake…….Kids and Adults love this area!!

The Ledges Condos are a very popular area as they are located just minutes away from everything: Golf at Sycamore Golf Course, shopping, go-carts, restaurants, grocery stores and the hospital!! The Ledges is just off of Hwy 54 with easy access to so many fun things! Tan-Tar-A is less than 3 miles away and the outlet mall is VERY close!

Osage Beach Condo

We come to Osage Beach every year and this was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. It is completely renovated. Master bedroom is big with a lot of closet and dresser space. Kitchen was well equipped also. The view off the deck is so beautiful morning and night. The boat slip was right in front of the condo also. Owner was quick to reply with any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Was great but said it slept 8 we had 7 people and I had to sleep on couch , it had 3 beds 2 full and 1 king so I figure you need to say sleeps 6 but it was a nice stay very clean and new amenities. Very nice.

Truly amazing!!

Can’t say enough good things about the property, and owners. We had a small hiccup with the fridge and in less than 24 we had a new one! Property is beautiful and owners truly go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay!!

Family vacation

The place was clean and had plenty of cooking supplies and towels. The deck spacious. However, the trash drop is on the third level, so you have to walk or drive it there. I thought the deck was screened in from the pictures online. It wasn’t. We were also harassed by the first floor neighbor and security about a water gun being dropped by a 2 year old guest and having a candle on the deck. The owner was really nice, but security is a nuisance. I ended up paying a fine for having the candle on the deck. I like the house. I didn’t like the hassle of outsiders.

Beautiful, clean condo with a great host!

This condo was very clean and in a wonderful location at Lake of the Ozarks. We had everything we needed to cook, and do the day to day things. It was beautiful and just felt like home. Highly recommend and we will certainly stay again. Brandi is a great host and was so helpful.

Rough start

We arrived at 5:30, check in was 4:00. The property had not been cleaned yet. I contacted Brandi and she was on it right away. There was a miscommunication, and the cleaning crew came back within 30 minutes. They also gave us some money towards dinner. They were very apologetic and did a very good job cleaning the condo! That was really the only thing that was wrong, and was taken care of immediately! The beds were very comfortable, and hala in all it was a good time!

Girls trip!

Place was fabulous and the location was great. We had six of us and had plenty of space that was perfect for hanging out. Beds were super comfy. Brandi is a wonderful host. Planning our trip for next summer!

Great Getaway

What a wonderful time we had! The location of this property makes everything easy to get too. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The property manager answered any questions I had in a timely manner. I highly recommend this condo.
