  • Cozy attic finely renovated and equipped with all comforts. Bright, with a splendid view of the Umbrian hills, it is on the second and last floor of a typical tuff building in the district of San Francesco, the highest point of Orvieto. In a quiet location, a few steps from the Cathedral and the places of greatest historical and artistic interest, it is the ideal starting point to visit this splendid Etruscan town.
    Open plan living room with sofa bed and flat screen TV with wi-fi, double bedroom with flat screen TV, bathroom with spacious shower and colored LEDs.
    Independent heating and air conditioning system, equipped kitchen, Lavazza espresso coffee machine with assorted capsules available, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine, bluetooth speaker, flat screen TV with access to TIM VISION services, WIFI. The White House was just as wonderful as advertised! Quiet location but close to everything, fabulous restaurants that Luigi recommended and nice to have a well-appointed kitchen. I wish I could have stayed for a week!

Luigi was a fantastic host. He picked us up at the funicular and dropped us right at the door. The flat was beautiful and very close to anywhere in Orvietto you would want to go. I highly recommend this place

A home away from home

We loved staying at the White House. The apartment was clean and cozy, it really felt like a home away from home. Luigi was so helpful and kind. We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely wonderful. We loved Orvieto and staying here was the cherry on top.

Luigi and his wife were the perfect hosts!They went out of their way to accomodate us with restaurant and and tour recommendations. Their apartment is absolutely charming and very convenient to main sights of beautiful Orvieto!

Great location, wonderful hosts. This apartment was perfect for our stay. Very clean with lovely decorations and everything we needed. The host even had water and soda for us in the refrigerator. We would book again!

Can’t say enough how happy we were with our stay. Luigi was so kind and helpfulThe apartment was so nice! Perfect location with 5 minute walk to the main area and the best bakery!We loved Orvieto and will strongly recommend the White House. As others stated there are steps so if that’s an issue consider. What a Gem!!

We loved this stay in Orvieto. Luigi was amazing.. he met us at the parking garage to pass us in and then loaded our suitcases in his car and drove us to the place. Wonderful people! He even gave me a lovely gift for my birthday. The place is perfect.. everything thing you need and just as pictured.

Excellent place to stay

The apartment is really nice, spacious, with a nice bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, and nicely decorated. It's quiet and still close to nice restaurants (recommend Il Malandrino) and the center of town. Luigi and Tania picked us up from the car park and drove us to the apartment and were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Comfortable apartment in great location

This apartment is well-furnished on a completely quiet street just a few blocks away from the main shopping area and the stunning Duomo and museums. The gracious hosts offered recommendations for good food and oriented us to town with a good map. The stairs added to our fitness.

Another Perfect Stay

My second trip to Orvieto in three months and second stay at this property, Luigi is a gracious host and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome, not only to his property, but to Orvieto! Bellissimo!

Amazing space and gracious hosts - we were picked up after arriving by train by Luigi and Emanuela, who gave us a quick tour of town and oriented us to the apartment. The place is so lovely - beautifully decorated and immaculate. Truly one of our best rental experiences ever. Nothing to critique or complain about here. Orvieto is a charming town and this apartment is the best place to stay. Book it!

Orvieto was awesome and so was Luigi's apartment

We traveled to six different locations during our tour of Italy and Orvieto was a favorite. The town is so beautiful, historic, and fun. Luigi was a very welcoming and friendly host and his apartment was perfectly located and appointed. We highly recommend it! We rented bikes from CicloStile, a local bike shop and had one of our best experiences of the trip biking to and enjoying Civita, another amazing old "hill town" about 14 miles away from Orvieto.

Better than advertised!!

This reservation was the best I've had in my 2 1/2 month stay in Italy. The apartment is better than advertised, very clean, all the amenities, and the hosts were excellent. They picked my up from the train station, drove me to the apartment, showed me everything, and were available to me immediately if I had further questions. The bed was very comfortable, linens very nice. Large lovely shower, and a very comfortable living and dining room. I can't say enough about how nice the apartment was and how Luigi and Tania served as excellent hosts. Highly recomment.
