Beautiful and Cosy Countryhouse Overlooking Orvieto

  • Esta es la casa de huéspedes de una hermosa casa de campo ubicada en medio de una vasta finca de viñedos y olivos, con vistas a la antigua ciudad de Orvieto. Desde aquí puede llegar fácilmente, en tren o en automóvil, a muchas ciudades importantes como Roma, Florencia, Siena, Perugia, Viterbo y muchas otras. El lago de Bolsena, a 9 km, ofrece bonitas playas y deportes acuáticos.
    La casa tiene dos niveles: en la planta baja hay una bonita sala de estar con estufa de pellets, un dormitorio principal, un baño con ducha y un estudio o un segundo dormitorio con una o dos camas.
    En el segundo piso hay una cocina totalmente equipada, un baño con ducha y una terraza con pérgola para comer al aire libre con vistas a Orvieto. Un gran jardín rodea la casa.
    Piscina de 18x8 metros para compartir con otra casa a 500 metros.

Sehr schönes Häuschen. Wunderbar gelegen. Mit grandioser Aussicht auf Orvieto. Küche gut ausgestattet. Auto unbedingt erforderlich. Zum Pool etwa 10 min. zu Fuss. Der Pool ist gross und schön gelegen.Die Kommunikation ist jederzeit über whats app möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für Personen mit körperlicher Einschränkung wegen der Wendeltreppe im Haus nicht geeignet.

Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus im Weingut mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Landschaft und Orvieto. Die Ausstattung ist topp, nichts wurde vermisst. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor. Der tolle Pool nur ein paar Minuten entfernt ist einfach wunderbar, zumal wir diesen eigentlich jedes Mal für uns allein hatten.Simonetta ist ein überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

The home worked out well for our party of 4. This was a very quiet and relaxing stay with proximity to Orvieto and Civita.The view across the valley of Orvieto was amazing at all hours of the day and we did a wine tasting and bought wine at the winery. The hostess was helpful and very nice.The only small negative was the location is roughly 40 mins from Orvieto, but the quiet setting and views made this worth it.

Sehr nettes Häuschen, ich denke aber, dass es für 4 Erwachsene zu eng wird. Auch fehlt es dafür an Geschirr und Gläsern. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll, die Räume sind geschmackvoll.

We had a very relaxing stay at Simonetta ‘s country cottage. We had some trouble finding it due to roadworks re-routing us. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The view over Orvietto was outstanding and we made full use of the beautiful garden area. We would love to stay again if we returned.

This home is truly a magical place! Both rustic and modern at the same time. An extremely peaceful, private and charming setting that I know we’ll talk about for years to come. Spotlessly clean and just like the pictures! The host family is so nice and welcoming and always there for you should you need them. Make sure you do the cooking lesson and wine tasting too, you’ll also learn the fascinating history of this amazing property.

beautiful view even in the rain!

Lovely setting and relaxing spot. We had rainy and foggy weather but the view was still great, and we enjoyed cooking at this cottage.

Our host, Simonetta, greeted us upon aarrival. She is most kind and responsive to any questions. This property iis in a vineyard central to all the towns in Umbria and Tuscany. Her guest house is a rebuilt building and is beautiful. We felt blessed to stay there

Cozy cottage, beautiful scenery. The cooking class was super fun and the wine was enjoyable. We had wonderful hosts. I would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful and charming house on a vineyard estate, only about 10 minutes from Orvieto Centro and many other beautiful places in the Umbrian countryside. Simonetta was a gracious and kind host, and the property was impeccably clean. We will miss this house very much! A few things to note: do not be deterred by the lack of air conditioning. It was very hot when we visited (in July) and the bedrooms were perfectly comfortable! I’m very sensitive to heat, especially while sleeping, and had no issues whatsoever. The beds were also comfortable. There is a spiral staircase leading down to the bedrooms or they can be accessed from outside. The pool was lovely as well, overlooking a section of the vineyard. Finally, the wine produced on the estate was wonderful. Guests get a modest discount in the store on the estate. We also bought a bottle of olive oil produced there to remember our trip. Highly recommend this property!

The location is gorgeous! The owners are lovely and very responsive!!!! We recommend taking the cooking class, so much fun! We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our holidays in this wonderful and very nice holiday home very much. Simonetta and her family have been very accommodating and helpful hosts. We consider to book this very nice holiday home in the near future once again and then come back to Orvieto.

My wife and I had a wonderful and peaceful stay. Surrounded by grapevines and a majestic view of Orvieto! We also had fun doing the cooking class in which we made pasta and cookies. Sampled the vineyards amazing wine while we ate our meal from the cooking class.

What a lovely experience!

We loved the cottage in this lovely vineyard. It was in an amazing location with gorgeous views, easy access to Orvieto, immaculately clean, and very well appointed for dinners at home, or just relaxing in a peaceful setting. To top it off, Simonetta and her dog Pepe are lovely hosts.

Stunning

This place is amazing. The views are even better than the photos show. Everything was clean and cozy, the kitchen was supplied with appropriate dishes, etc. Simonetta was lovely to deal with. The added bonus was a friendly dog (Pepe) and cat (sadly, with no name). Would definitely stay there again!

Appaisant!

Jolie petite maison dans un domaine d'oliviers de vignes : paradisiaque! Il ne manque rien à la maison, la piscine et la vue sont au top. L'acceuil et le service parfait le tout dans une campagne magnifique. Il y a de quoi passer des excellentes vacances. Merci Simonetta.
