Looking for a relaxing place to stay with the whole family? Look no farther than this oceanfront charmer. With upgraded amenities- new carpet, fully remodeled bathrooms, new fully equipped kitchen, and tile flooring throughout lower level, this beach traditional styled condo is steps to the private beach and pool, and it provides endless unobstructed views of the sunrise from the oceanfront balcony. Your family will never want to stay anywhere else! This condo features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and everything has been updated with a traditional style beach theme. The master bedroom has a king bed and on suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features 2 full beds and is just steps away from a full-size bathroom in the hallway with walk-in shower. The kitchen has been remodeled with beautiful oak KraftMaid cabinets and comes fully equipped for any occasion. The first-floor family room features large, big-screen tv and private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. The complex offers large pool which is heated year-round and offers depths of 4-8ft. Find plenty of chairs to lounge on near the pool, and several tables and chairs equipped with umbrellas to enjoy the perfect lunch poolside. Enjoy direct access to the private no-drive beach where the kids can build endless sandcastles, play in the surf, and you can lounge in the beach chairs found in the unit. There is a dedicated parking space yours free during your stay, and visitor spaces are available as well.

Laura was a FANTASTIC hostess. Wonderful communication. Very friendly and welcoming. Super helpful. Very clear and detailed instructions on where to go and how to get there.. parking is fantastic... I could go on and on. The location of the condo is incredible and it's literally steps to the beach. The neighbors are great too! 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

We had such a good time. there was more than enough supplies in the kitchen for any type of cooking. The location was amazing, being right there at the waters edge. The sunrises were absolutely amazing. I think the only complaint that I had the whole time was that the master bed was really soft. I know that sounds silly, and everyone is different, but I do prefer a firmer bed, but obviously that is a personal complaint. I would highly recommend staying at this location, and I’m sure we will be doing it again. Thanks for letting us stay!

Laura was great with communication and and our requests during our stay. The location on the beach was fantastic. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. Very comfortable beds. A 4.5 star property. No clothes washer in the unit and other aspects of the unit are dated. Happy to stay here again

Loved this place!

My family and I stayed at this lovely oceanfront condo and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The pool and very easy access to the ocean is just amazing. The kitchen is well equipped for eating in but the condo is very close to beachside restaurants and attractions if going out. Everything was nice and clean and as advertised. We booked this with about 24 hrs notice of our arrival due to our previous reservation cancelling at the last minute. Everything was perfect and ready for us at checkin time. Many thanks to our host! We definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay again in the future.

Perfect little beach spot!

So glad we found this place! Close to Granada and Publix and right on the beach with a great pool for the kids! Unit had everything we needed and balcony is the perfect place to sip coffee and catch the sunrise over the ocean or watch a rocket launch, which we did!!

Delightful Vacation!!

This beautiful two-story condo is literally steps away from sand and surf. Extremely clean, with some really nice extra touches - the bathroom rugs were super soft for our beach bare feet, and the shower mat is made of loofah! The king bed in the master was SO comfortable, we slept in every day. And when I say the kitchen is FULLY equipped, I mean there is nothing you could need or wish for that’s not already there. We would have extended our stay if it was available, but of course it was booked because this is such a quality, cozy, and well-appointed property. We loved it.
