This is a newly remodeled ocean front condo that is newly available for a rental. We can't begin to describe all the amenities such as the unbelievable panoramic direct Oceanfront view, quiet quaint coastal town of Ormond by the Sea, only 1 hr from Orlando and 5 minutes from Daytona etc! It doesn't get any closer to the Ocean than this. You feel as if you are on an ocean cruise in this direct oceanfront 2 BR / 2 bath condo. Wake up to some of the most amazing views you will ever experience in this luxury condo.
The living room features a 55" HD flat screen TV with a DVD player and a stereo CD player. A large luxurious wraparound leather sofa and beautiful views.
Master bedroom features a Queen adjustable bed with massage, 32" TV with builtin DVD player, clock radio with iPhone dock and amazing views of the ocean. The master bathroom has a shower with a rain shower head and a separate area for the sinks. Two luxurious his and her robes are waiting for you in the shower area. The bedroom also has a huge walk in closet with hangers provided along with an ironing board, iron and clothes steamer.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed, a 32" HD flat screen TV with a PlayStation 4 which has the ability to play DVD's. This bedroom also has a large walk in closet and FM clock radio.
The Gourmet kitchen contains all premium stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric griddle, spices and all utensils, pots and pans. There is a separate dining area with a table and four chairs there is also a breakfast bar with four bar stools.
This luxury condo includes a large Oceanside pool. Washer and dryer in unit, free secured WiFi and premium cable service.
Soap, hair dryer, toilet paper, paper towels and all linens, towels and beach towels are provided. Just bring your personal toiletries and you can shop for food within walking distance from a grocery store.
Private underground parking with only 20 steps to the elevator.
This condo is located in ultra convenient Ormond by the Sea (No Drive Beach!) with many shops and restaurants with in walking, biking or very short driving distance. Publix grocery store is across the street. Day trips to Orlando are popular if you have children and we are 40 minutes South of historic St. Augustine.

The condo is located on the 4th floor, low enough to see the dolphins swim in the ocean but high enough to see the magnificent panoramic ocean views as far as the eye can see.

Minimal rental age is 25, no party animals, no pets, no smoking.
Sleeps four comfortably and will sleep six with two cots that can be provided.
rates may be higher for special events.

Owners are local to the area

Proceeds from the rental of this condo go into a trust for a little girl who was permanently injured at birth. The proceeds will help with future surgeries and help her with other medical bills.

Beautiful condo right on the beach- close enough to everything but not in the hustle and bustle of Daytona. Absolutely gorgeous views of the sunrise in the ocean, steps to the beach and the condo is newly renovated and cozy! I definitely Rex staying and we will rent again!

Gorgeous Condo with lots of small touches

We loved staying in this condo! The owner met us and gave us a brief tour. Beautiful appliances, lovely Mermaid theme, and so well stocked! The wide balcony and view of the beach were spectacular. I highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was perfect for our little family!

10 out of 10 on this condo. We loved the low key location for our little family. We didn't want to be in a really crowded beach area. Condo is right on the beach so it was easy access for us. The condo and all the amenities were top notch! Carmine was excellent to work with on everything. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Everything you need!

This condo has everything you need on a beach vacation. Comfy beds, living room area, kitchen and more. You could throw a ball at the ocean from the balcony. Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys...one of our favorites condos!

This is our second time staying at this property, and we love it. We love the location, the view, and the familiarity, it really does feel like our home away from home. The condo is so comfortable, the view is breathtaking and it has pretty much everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything and focus on enjoying yourself. We will be back!

Ormand By The Sea long weekend

I wanted to take my wife away for her birthday and bring my brother with his wife and sons. Carmine was very accommodating and a wonderful host. Communication was the best I have experienced. He met us there and went over everything. That makes it so much easier to start enjoying the place. It had everything we needed and then some. It was very clean and up to date. We will go back I’m sure. You can rest easy if you book and then deal with Carmine. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

Peaceful and Relaxing

Carmine is a wonderful, kind, and thoughtful host. He met us when we arrived to show us around the condo and contacted us the day after our arrival to make sure we didn't need anything. Wonderful stay

This property was exactly as described. We appreciated Carmine meeting us and going over details. Great location and we loved the balcony and being able to watch people walking on the beach. The beach was wonderful and loved the heated pool. So many small details were taken care that made the stay that much better.

Beautiful Condo with Ocean View

We enjoyed our stay immensely in the Mermaid Retreat. Carmine has thought of every amenity plus for a relaxing stay. We have stayed a many condos and this one was the most well equipped and sparkling clean. Highly recommend.

Home away from home

Carmine thought of all the little things to make it a pleasant stay-plenty of spare toiletries, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. He checked in on day 2 to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s a beautiful condo in an ideal location. Great view of the sunrise from the back balcony and sunset from the front! Conveniently located across the street from Publix, Dunkin Donuts, 7-11.

Mermaid Retreat was perfect for our long weekend!

The condo was great for our needs! Good living space and bedrooms, all very clean and seemingly recently remodeled. Host was polite and courteous and provided what we needed for the stay. Would recommend and rent again!

Wonderful View, Wonderful Unit

This is the most well stocked condo we have ever stayed in. We felt like it was a home. Plenty of soap, shampoo, paper products, and even beach towels, chairs and toys. Due to the November nor'easter that blew in, we didn't get to enjoy the beach, but just looking out the sliding glass doors every day at the ocean was so relaxing. Carmine met us at check-in and made sure all was in proper order. He responded quickly to a power outage, which ended up being the whole building due to the storm. But the unit had an emergency light and the refrigerator and bedrooms continued to have power due to a generator in the building. We had fun playing all the games provided while we waited out the storm. I can't say enough about the cleanliness and well-stocked unit. We will definitely try this one again!

Beautiful condo in perfect location

this is going down as an all time favorite place to relax. the condo is wonderfully decorated and fully provisioned. clean, updated with some beautiful pieces of art- it is a treasure. The manager is the best- met us there and showed us everything and was accessible any time we had a question-- on a scale of 1-5- a 10!

Beautiful Condo Ormond Beach

The condo was beautiful and only a few steps from the beach. The condo was nicely decorated and clean. We.sat on the balcony & enjoyed the ocean. We saw a few dolphins, pelicans, a crane and watched the little birds in the beach. I’m looking forward to booking this condo again!
