Aquí tendrá todas las comodidades que necesitará. No necesitas traer nada más que tu maleta. ¡Conviértalo en un refugio familiar y alquile nuestro otro espacio al lado! ¡Se adapta fácilmente a un total de 18 personas en total! Loft by the Sea ha sido nuestro alquiler de vacaciones durante casi 3 años.
    Este ha sido un gran proyecto para nosotros y queremos que sea una experiencia perfectamente única para nuestros huéspedes. Un gran lugar con mucho carácter con todas las comodidades de lo que esperaría en un alquiler de vacaciones. Queríamos destacar del resto y ofrecer algo completamente diferente.
    Aquí encontrará conductos de aire acondicionado expuestos y una encimera en la cocina con apariencia de esteatita para darle a este lugar un aspecto industrial fresco y noble. Me inspiré en el comedor de cocina retro para crear un aspecto más retro. Queríamos traer de vuelta los primeros días y representar este antiguo edificio. ¡Está decorado con mucho carácter, colores y diversión, y seguramente todos los que se quedan con nosotros lo disfrutarán! ¡Incluyendo un viejo tocadiscos de consola donde puedes tocar algunos de los viejos discos de vinilo que encontré durante este proceso de construcción! Hay televisores en 2 dormitorios y la sala familiar. Una de las habitaciones es un gran lugar para que los niños puedan configurar sus videojuegos y jugar cómodamente en un día lluvioso o una noche después de la playa. ¡Puedo prometerle que encontrará este lugar como un excelente alquiler y querrá volver nuevamente!

The host was amazing and very responsive. The place was decorated so cute in retro themed items. Everything was labeled and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. The place was so clean. The deck was absolutely amazing. We will be back.

Daytona 500

Property was as advertised, and overall super convenient since it’s right across the road from a Publix and the beach. The place itself comfortably fit all the guests. Also only a 15min drive/Uber from Daytona boardwalk, which was convenient for the big race. Would definitely stay again!

Short getaway to warm weather

The property was very clean, check-in process was smooth. Clear instructions and amenities were provided. Beach access was easy. Host responded fast to messages and was very welcoming of our group.

Everything we imagined ... any more

The apartment was immaculate. It's charming and sufficient for a group. Sandie was amazing and very communicative during the stay. Instructions were clear and concise for everything from check in to check out and all in between.

Exceeded expectations

The atmosphere and decor were beautiful. Vacationed to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday along with her graduating high school, as well as my birthday trip to Welcome to Rockville. From the moment i booked and every day i stayed, Ms. Sandie has been very helpful, caring and attentive. She is a truly wonderful host. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, neatly organized and quiet place to relax and get away from the chaos of everyday life. We loved it here and look forward to booking again in the future.

A place like home

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The communication between Sandra and us was extraordinarilly nice and we really had a good time. Everything is new and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The location is great with access to shopping and leisure within minutes. Hopefully we have the chance to return again. Thank you for your hospitality dear Sandra and Carl, we really enjoyed our stay!

Family Reunion

Spacious clean 2nd floor unit directly across the street from the beach. Publix easy walk. Only problem is my security deposit hasn't been returned to my account.

Super clean

This property is super clean. The floors, bedrooms, bathrooms, everything was really clean and neat. The manager was wonderful to work with, always quick to respond and keep in touch. We went down for the Daytona race and this condo was a quick drive to Daytona which made it very convenient. The beach is across the street. Not a lot of restaurants within a short walk but definitely enough places within a short drive. There is a grocery store beside the condo which was nice to get drinks and snacks. There are no tv’s In the queen bedroom and the bedroom with two beds but the master bedroom and living room both have tv’s. I definitely recommend this condo.

Amazing Beachside Stay

Me and my friends needed a place that would rent to under 25. We were able to put down the deposit and get it returned with no issue. Host was excellently communicative and kind. Short distance to great restaurants and activities. Would recommend and will be using this spot in the future!

Awesome Rental!

Me and my friends wanted a place to just relax at after finals week and this was perfect! The location was amazing with publix and many dining options within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking at a place in Ormond beach and will for sure be trying to book here in the future.

Excellent Location and Clean. Walking distance to the beach and nearby shopping..

Very clean and convenient location! On our arrival the place was prepared to celebrate our twins birthday. The owner had placed balloons and birthday decorations throughout the property. There is a Publix and great places to eat. You can walk to the beach. You can also see the the beach from the patio. The patio gives a great view to area. Perfect birthday getaway for my boys and family. We also we fishing and my son caught a shark. Oh my! Great memories!
