    The Space:

    Hear the seagulls calling in the distance as you breathe in the fresh salty air - your calming Cape Cod vacation awaits, at the Rock Harbor Rendezvous.

    Step inside and you’ll be welcomed by a beautiful kitchen featuring a modern backsplash, a center island with a breakfast bar, and natural light pouring in from the skylight above. Just beyond the kitchen is the home’s open-concept dining and living area. With plenty of seating in the living room, it’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a movie or two during your vacation. The dining room table sits beneath a charming chandelier, while patio doors allow sunlight to stream in throughout the day.

    Down the hall from the living room, you’ll find two of the home’s four bedrooms. The first bedroom features a twin bed with a pull-out trundle, along with a cozy seating area and desk. The second first floor bedroom offers a queen-size bed with pleasant views of the front and side yards. Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms. To the left of the stairs is the primary bedroom, complete with a spacious king-size bed and an additional seating area with a desk. The final bedroom includes one twin bed and one full-size bed, offering plenty of space for kids to spread out and recharge before another day of Cape Cod fun.

    Outside, the home’s amenities continue. The back deck stays cool beneath a shade sail, making it a great spot for outdoor dining. Step down to the patio, where you’ll find a gas fire pit and comfortable lounge seating—perfect for relaxing in the evening. Less than half a mile up the road, enjoy the bay and take in a stunning sunset at Rock Harbor. You can also head into downtown Orleans and visit the Hot Chocolate Sparrow for some delicious treats.

    Whether you’re looking to relax at home all vacation long or want the perfect home base for exploring Cape Cod, you won’t find a better place than Rock Harbor Rendezvous.

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Absolutely loved the location, which made it easy to beach hop and explore the many lighthouses and Cape Cod National Seashore. A day trip to Provincetown was only about 45 minutes away for shopping and exploring the historic downtown area. The home was spacious and very clean with a nicely stocked kitchen. The backyard was our favorite place to hangout. Huge deck with lots of seating and a gas fire pit to relax by in the evenings was fabulous. The gardens in the backyard were so fun to explore, and added to the experience. Loved the upstairs shower and the shampoo and conditioner were very nice. Loved the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and the same downstairs. Home is located in a safe and quiet location with only a few other homes nearby which made it very peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Thank you so much for sharing your home. A+

Rock Harbor getaway

Beautifully equipped house, esp comfy living area and well equipped kitchen. Very near Rock Harbor and the Church of the Transfiguration, a spectacular neo-byzantine space (well worth a visit).

Great September weekend on the Cape

We and our Canadian friends spent a wonderful weekend in this house on the Cape in September 2024. The house is very comfortable, is in a quiet neighborhood, and nicely located for day trips south to Chatham and north to Provincetown. Lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby. Would return.

Great house but AC meeds to be fixed

Beautiful home in a great location, but we stayed on the hottest days of the summer and each time the bedroom air conditioners were all on it would trip a switch. The circuit breaker could not handle all the AC unit on at the same time. This became very annoying. For the money we paid they should have worked properly.

Nice private home

Very nice updated house..private property quiet…loved close to skaket and first encounter beaches our favorite..great big deck…writeup of the house said AC we didn’t realize u meant only in bedrooms…kitchen and living room HOT…HUMiD…no AC no ceiling fan! Windows in living area did not open special locks. Expensive price should include AC..no ice maker in new refrigerator no ice trays… we bought.. no bar soap for shower or detergent for cleaning towels.. we bought..difficult for person with mobility issues going down cement steps to driveway without a railing.. I would think code would require that I had a hard time.. no gas for fire pit.. no paddles for ping pong table…it was listed you have cable on tv we found there wasn’t even basic cable or any instructions to use remote control to show what u do have.. remote was not user friendly…. No nonstick pans for cooking eggs for breakfast….most of this could be overlooked but not the AC at least a window one in the living room for that asking price.
