We loved this rental. The highlight for us was the kids room- it's just as cute as it looks in pictures! The beds were comfortable, the water pressure good, and the location was perfect for Disney- easy in and out. There are no extras- coffee, body wash... stuff like that. We didn't plan for that and we would definitely stay here again and just bring those things. The price point makes that a no brainer, too. I would def recommend this rental.

Perfect place to stay if you are looking to be close to Disney parks. The facility itself offers a lot to do if you decide not to go any where outside. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around within a 2 mile radius so you don’t have to go farther to get anything of need. The unit itself is great. The communication with the host is so smooth. Everything from booking to arrival to on site to departure. The unit has all the things you can think of and is well maintained. If you are traveling with kids they will stay entertained all the time. If you are traveling with younger kids (infants) they will stay occupied all time and so will the adults be. If you are looking for a nice, safe and budget friendly place to stay when in Orlando area don’t look any further, this is the place to be at.

We had a great time here. The pools were very nice and the facilities were great. The room was really neat and the kids room was exciting for the kids. Probably the best place I have stayed at in Orlando and I would stay again.

Water slides were great! The home was very organized and had everything you need, from kitchen utensils to kids life jacket. All essentials were there and really helped us have a great vacation. We will definitely go back.

We will for sure be staying again! Amazing place amazing condo and property manager! My kids had a blast. I loved that they had water park areas for multiple ages and pool was terrific very relaxing with littles and big kids park playground castle theme was cute! family friendly with activities for whole family to do while there

Fantastic condo in central location

Family stayed her for a tournament at ESPN. It was spacious and had all of the comforts of home. Very clean and very close access to the large pool area. The kids loved the slides and water park attached to the pool area as well. Also appreciated poolside market with food and drinks and any amenities you may have forgotten. Host was very responsive and check in was a breeze!

Amazing Location

We enjoyed our stay. The location is beautiful, private, and safe. The pool is huge and great for all ages. The condo was spacious and our children loved the kids room with the different bed options. We plan to stay here again!

Minimal

This property was a bit disappointing. Pilly sheets, very worn out and tired condo, not very clean, garbage in the bin outside the door, zero shampoo/conditioner/body wash, no coffee filters even (I left some). Did have laundry soap however. Second bedroom so packed with kids beds, did not accommodate my partner and I to sleep in separate beds. Wouldn’t stay again.

Great location, but rental could be better

The amount of space and location is great. Took us 15 min. to drive to MK and 20 min. to Disney Springs. We received lots of info via email from the owners, check in was easy, pool was nice, and the MTO food was decent from the convenience store on property. There was plenty of extra children’s items in the bedrm. closet. However, all the tv remotes were mixed up which led to some trial and error figuring out which remote turned on which tv. Also, not all the buttons on the remotes work, which made figuring out the switched remotes more of a nuisance. In the living room we could turn the tv on and change the volume, but weren’t able to change the channel. The number buttons, channel up/down, guide, Netflix, nor the on demand button worked. In the primary bedroom the power button didn’t work, but all other buttons did. The remotes need to be replaced and a room name label added to each. We also only had 2 wash cloths provided to us, which I had to go looking for in the primary closet. Items damaged upon arrival was an outdoor chair, one of the dining table chairs is missing, the toy storage in the 2nd bedroom is no longer anchored to the wall, pillows were pretty flat, suitcase stand in primary was broken, the pack n play was dirty/needs to be replaced. We have one at home and know how they work. This one was very hard to lock into place. Owners seem to really care, but property mngt. could probably do a little better to make sure unit is 100% turned over between rentals.

Great Condo

The unit was very nice and the property has plenty of amenities included. Pool, waterslide, tennis, volleyball, basketball, game room including pool, ping pong. Unit is very close to pool but you don't get all the pool noise. Would stay again if we are in the area.

Great location and facilities! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed for a week in the condo and had a great time. It is well located to the Disney parks and our boys had a blast in the pool and on the water slides. The condo itself was very well equipped - the kitchen had all the tools we needed. The condo was clean and the check in instructions were very clear. We were able to park right in front of the steps to the condo and it's a short walk to the pool and clubhouse. Many people staying in other condos in the complex have a long walk or even need to drive to get to the pool. The only thing we would like to have had would be some games to play in the condo during our down time. If we stay here again, we would bring a deck of cards or Uno. There is a Walmart very close by so you can pick up food and anything else you need there. For the price, I think this about the best deal you're going to find around Disney.

First stay but the BEST STAY

This unit is top notch. The owners were quick to respond to any questions I had. There was everything you could need in this unit. If you have little ones you’ll know what I mean when I say there was not a lot of unnecessary decor which we were super thankful for. They had high chair booster seats, pack and play, toys, and a very kid approved children’s room. Don’t second guess renting this unit, just do it you won’t regret it.

Family vacation oasis

Amazing property. Gated community so super clean, no riff raff running around, and the room was awesome, especially for our kids who loved their bedroom and all the Disney decor. We stayed several days and perfectly fit our needs. highly recommend going a little further to the Publix versus the local Walmart unless you’re acclimated to waiting in lines for an hour (no joke) they have limited check outs and it’s next to Disney so you get all the peoples. But back to the room and property. The kids loved all of the play grounds which we found as nice walking breaks between pool time. Pool was a great depth foe youngsters (4 and 5). The water park part was freezing cold even on a 96 degree day so we didn’t do that much. But the pool was perfect temp. Arcade is underwhelming but that’s ok we spent most time outside in the pool. We did a movie they’re night one of the days and that was definitely worth it. The location of this room being steps from the pool was a huge plus we didn’t even really expect. Much better than any other building having to haul around wet kids. Had all the cooking items you’ll need, everything worked, was clean and balcony was lovely. Highly recommend

It was a great place for the kids and a nice condo. There were a few simple things missing in the condo, but that may have just been cleaning crew...no big deal. It was a great landing spot for our time in Orlando.
