THE SPACE
The living area is light and bright with hardwood flooring throughout. The open plan living floor has a comfy seating area, 55" smart TV and flows seamlessly into the well equipped kitchen, so the cook can chat with guests at a comfortable dining area for 6 plus seating at the bar, while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal.

BED & BATH
There are 3 bedrooms, all with TVs, ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms plus a ½ bath on the living floor. On the top floor you will find the principle King bedroom with super comfy mattress and top quality linens. Also a double-double guest room with en-suite bathroom. On the 1st floor is Queen room with en-suite shower room. The townhouse also has a small garage (too small for larger vehicles) where you will find full size laundry equipment, so you can pack light and take advantage of the world class outlet malls just a few minutes away. Parking is on the driveway only, with additional, free parking available just a few yards away.

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

In the unlikely event that circumstances necessitate us to change the property confirmed on your reservation, we will seek to relocate your reservation to a property of a similar or superior standard within our available inventory.
