Good location, clean property, good communication

Property was just the right size for our family of 6 (3 teens and a 10-year-old). It was clean when we arrived, with no weird smells or major stains/blemishes. It looked well maintained, not run down or dated. Check in was easy. Property managers reached out throughout the week to see if we had questions or needed anything. Check out process was easy. Bedding and towels were good quality.

Communication was top notch! Quick to respond the couple times I had questions. Check out procedures were so simple! Quiet area to stay close to all the parks! Very affordable and had everything we needed! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

Nice area to snowbird at. Far enough south to enjoy beautiful weather.

Other reviews were accurate. We went to Florida to get out of the cold and live there for two months. This unit served all our needs. Safe area to walk every day, heated pools, good restaurants close, took weekly day trip and enjoyed nearby things to do

Could use some updating

Overall good location and value. Could use an updated Wi-Fi service and newer living room furnishings since I had to buy upholstery cleaner to clean the couches before I would use them.

Me and my family spent 40 days and the resort is nice but needs a lot of attention is been neglected over the years, pool area needs a lot of TLC, the playground, outside court and club houses were closed the entire time. The appartment is nice but really old, beds are the worst they need to be replaced ASAP, the mattresses are trash, the stove and microwave are falling appart. The roof needs a ttention as it was pouring every time it rain, tried to contact the administration but no respond. Overall is a nice place quiet and am sure that at some point it was one of the best places in the area. Just needs a lot of attention and love. The reception, wifi signal and tv listening were missing for most of the stay.

Dining room chairs legs were coming apart. The beds were very uncomfortable. A little paint would go a long way. Phone connection was very poor. Our contacts were very helpful, and courteous when needed. Great location for our trip. Would stay there again.

Needs loving

Property not maintained at all. Toilets run constant and do not flush. Flooring in need of repair. Walls poor, carpet poor. AC went out due to batteries in thermostat leaking acid. I fixed myself after waiting hours for repair service to show. Would not rent this property again!

Comfy and Cozy

It was a nice place to stay. We stayed there for a week and it was a very comfortable and nice place to stay. Our family with kids loved all the separate beds and the pool was so nice to have. I would absolutely stay here again.
