This unique villa is spacious with plush, comfy couches, and a well-stocked open kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a breakfast bar, and large dining table for all of your big family meals. This home also features a game room with a pool table and movie theater screen and seats. An upper-floor loft area has inviting seating and a large flat-screen TV. ** POOL SPA HEATING - There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We advice to inform us 48 hours prior for arrangements.

**PET POLICY Only small pets or under 40 pound dog allowed $150 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

**GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and overflow parking down the road. This house features a game room inside the living area. The garage is not available as it is turned into a deposit (not connected to the house). There is no Movie Room feature in this house.

** BBQ GRILL/VACATION GEAR We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill If you need to outsource the propane/gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements. ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***

Overall it was okay , communication was there 50/50 and the rental property wasn’t as clean as expected but overall my family made it work by cleaning and disinfecting from top to bottom

We have been renting in Orlando over 10 years for Thanksgiving week. Never have we encountered such an unprofessional management company. From the invalid credit card payment process to issues with the house. The AC upstairs broke. A technician was sent who left without saying a word to us. Not until I contacted the owner did we find out there was nothing that could be done due to the holiday. We spent a few days and nights sweating. Fans were delivered that only served to spread the heat. The owner allowed us to stay one more night for free. I asked the management co to make sure our gate code worked. As usual I had to follow up as they do not respond. Then they called to ask when we were Checking out and I had to remind them agdin that we paid for late checkout. I would not recommend any house managed by this company.

My family's stay was really pleasant. Everything that was listed online was accurate. The property was really clean and neat. The AC was out when we arrived but the maintenance crew was there within minutes to fix the problem. The one thing I appreciated was the dinning area. Most locations do not provide enough seating for large groups but we had more than enough seating to all enjoy our maels together. I plan to book this same property on my next stay to Orlando. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to use your beautiful home

I selected this home because of the size, a fenced yard and they allowed my dog without size limitations. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and it had two refrigerators. We needed them both. We had an awesome time with friends and family. I highly recommend this home.

My family stays in Reunion often. This is the first time we were not happy. 1. The location, booking, and check in were great. 2. The layout of the home was perfect 3. The pool and outdoor patio were exactly what we needed 4. The listing did not say the garage was unavailable. There was a van parked in the garage the whole time. 5. It’s time for the owner to do some repairs and touch ups. It’s time to paint or retouch. The floors need to be redone, especially the carpet. The curtains and blinds for the sliding doors need attention. The couch was not the same as the furniture on the listing—and it had a rip that was covered by pillows. The most annoying thing was the pool alarm. It could definitely save a life and I see the need for it. However, there has got to be a better system. 6. If you have kids that love the games and game rooms, pick a different house 7. The kitchen is great. Love it! 8. I wish I could have gotten quicker responses when I had questions I will continue to stay in a vacation rental when my family travels. I just won’t be this one.

The property was very clean, spacious and just overall lovely. Everything that was pictured was there the rooms and bathrooms were so spacious and the beds were so soft. Next time we book a family vacation to Florida we will definitely book again thank you so much Omar. Five stars!!!!
