    The fixtures and furnishings in this home are all high-end, with high quality mattresses and bed linens, TV's in every room. The interior decoration was done by a professional interior designer with no expense spared in creating this luxurious home.

    As you enter the home there is the formal living/dining room with high-end leather furnishings, and a truly superb dining table seating eight guests. This leads to the luxury kitchen with top of the range stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and every convenient you can think of. The breakfast nook has a glass table seating four, with sliding doors leading out to the covered lanai and pool area. The living area, has a super comfy sectional sofa, with state of the art 50' flat screen LCD and Bose surround sound system, with DVD player.

    The pool area is all block,paved with oversize 14x30 pool and separate spa / hot-tub. The pool has a security fence to safeguard the little ones. This entire area is screened in to keep the bugs out, and is South West facing to ensure the Sun all day. The pool and spa can be heated in the cooler months.

    There are 6 bedrooms with 2 Master en-suites, and a 3rd Master with the 3rd bathroom just outside the door on the ground floor. The king master suite, located on the upstairs floor, with private bathroom that has separate shower, garden tub and twin sinks. The walk in closet has a free to use safe for your valuables. The second master has a private en-suite bathroom, with tub and shower. Also located upstairs is the 3rd bedroom, with Queen bed, overlooking the rear of the property. The 2 kids twin rooms, each containing two twin beds. We have the princess themed room for your little princesses, and the Cars themed room for you younger boys. They will not want to go home after staying in these rooms.

    Just off the kitchen is a large laundry room with washer and dryer, which leads to the Air Conditioned games room, which is equipped with large screen LCD TV, Playstation 5 games console, slate bed pool table, air hockey and fuss ball tables.

    The home is fully air-conditioned with 2 separate systems for each floor for your comfort, with the games room having a separate A/C unit. There is cable TV in all the bedrooms, with the living room having the extended HD cable, with 250+ channels. There is free high speed WiFi internet access, along with free calls to USA and Canada

Excellent Experience!

We have stayed in many VRBO's but this is the first one I will definitely return to. The home was immaculate and the amenities provided were clearly a cut above the rest! Everything we could want and then some. Dee and Steve were terrific. An excellent stay.

My family enjoyed this home very much. We had a couple issues that were quickly dealt with to our satisfaction. This house is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay, except bath soap and washcloths. We would stay here again.

Incredible trip

Steve and Dee are amazing. The house is incredible and full of so many things to do. We realised very quickly that we will definitely be coming back to the property. Thank you Steve and Dee for everything. It’s a large house with fantastic pool and enough space that you can still do your own thing

I'd stay again!!!!

The house was beautiful! Abit of a communication error had to wait a couple hours past check-in time to get in, a couple cosmetic errors that could be fixed, but the property owner was super sweet and very helpful! Overall it was a great experience and I'd definitely go back!

Fantastic stay

This was the perfect place to come home to after sightseeing and parks- really enjoyed relaxing at the pool each evening! Plenty of space- cute princess room and car room for kids!

Great place to stay!

Lots of room for everyone. Our kids loved the pool and was great to have pool toys there that we could use. Our kids also loved the themed rooms. My wife and I also enjoyed the home. Would definitely rebook!

Awesome Place

This is an absolutely beautiful place and very well taken care of! The owners were easy to contact and great to work with! We will definitely be staying here next year and hopefully for many years to come! I would recommend this property to everyone!

Excellent house to rent!!!

Great stay over all!!! Upon arrival the check in process was quick we had given all the drivers names before hand so they checked us in fast. The house is a straight shot from the gate easy to find. Once we got to the house we where all amazed with the space and decoration. Each room has extra pillows, blankets, and different amenities. The kitchen has lots of plates, glasses, cups, pots and pans ect. Some of the entertainment systems are tricky to use but we figured it out, I suggest maybe leaving instructions on how to use. Also the dart board needs new darts and maybe an update on the pool floties. The game room was big where you can play pool and air hockey. The pool area was great it’s big enough for the whole family to swim or just catch some sun and have a drink on the side of the pool. Plenty of seating outside. The hot tub get very hot so you can relax in it after a long day at the park. Even though the grill is an extra charge it’s a great thing to have on hand we used it everyday. One great thing is that the house has two thermostats, one for the first floor and one for the second floor so who ever takes the room on the first floor can have their own temperature. They do supply hand soap some dish washer soap and one toilet paper per bathroom, so pick up some extra before arriving. There was a lot of towels for the pool and showering. The washer and dryer work great so does the dish washer. Every room has a closet and space for everyone’s things, they also come with a tv. Over all a great stay I really recommend it and I’ll will be staying here again when I come back.

Comfortable relaxation

We stayed for a the week of the 4th and it was great. We were able to get into the complex and the house without any issues. The games weren’t all working properly in the game room but the pool table was complete which was perfect. The hot tub was everyone’s favorite at night. It does get really hot so be careful. I have no complaints and would definitely book again.

Lordland is good and I alway ask them about stuff rent house but I just make sure not mess up. We did clean up and few not finish and thank u so much. I love Florida it my first time love it. Underwhelming, poorly maintained, and dingy.

My family of 5, my parents, and my brother stayed April 2021. Every day we found another underwhelming, poorly maintained, or badly managed situation. Check-In - We were given no information regarding the fact that every car/driver had to have their name listed at the gate. Note - all 5 adults were listed on the reservation. No info that there are multiple entrances, which can only be accessed by owners or that GPS will take you to the wrong entrance. Owners Guild - The book was tattered, had things written in pen on the binder and randomly throughout - simply was not professional, neat or helpful. The directions on how to use the TV referenced how to use the VCR!? And, it gave no info on how to use the actual TV. It was missing key information on how to work the hot tub/pool, Wii (which didn't work at all), and clean up procedures (I did find them out of place). Kitchen - cluttered with dishes, cups, and supplies left by other renters. The cabinets above the cook top were sticky, greasy, and covered in dust bunnies. Major paint scratches from a chair the rubs the wall, yet not addressed in any way. TV Room - no directions on how to operate the actual TV and could never figure out the DVD player (probably the result of most of the remotes having no batteries). The couch looks like the pictures, but the frame is broken in at least three locations, making you sink down - thus super uncomfortable. Princess Room - the TUBE princess TV didn't work, yet it was still in the room. Race Car Room - the bedding looked so worn. Like 20 years of washing and daily use. It just wasn't fresh. Master bedroom - bed is hard, DVD player in the TV did not work Game Room - Wii remotes had batteries that were corroded. We tried different batteries and also asked the property manager to bring new batteries (they did not, after saying they would), one remote wouldn't turn on because of all of the corrosion, the other remote would not sync with the system. There was a fishing game my 3 year old wanted to play - no batteries. No batteries was a theme! Bathrooms - Nicely cleaned. But, you only get one roll of toilet paper - FYI. There is no shampoo, just a few small bars of soap for hand washing. Pool/Hot Tub - Fine. A good temperature. No directions on how to use the hot tub, we had to call the property manager to figure it out. The safety gate was very worn and didn't connect as it should; the latch on the screen door out to lawn was broken.

Absolutely wonderful

The house was exactly as described in the listing. The decoration was beautiful. The kitchen was very functional and had everything needed for any meal. The location of the house was ideal, only a couple of blocks from the main entrance by the entrance gates. The house was very close to Walmart and just a little further was Publix. The property managers were very helpful and quick to respond for the couple of questions we had the first day. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

As Advertised

This is our fifth stay at Windsor hills and there are lots of houses to choose from in Windsor Hills. This property was exactly as advertised and the management company was very responsive. House was clean and well maintained. Furniture is a little dated, but it certainly didn’t detract from our two week stay. Property is in a great location as there is a lot of space between this house and the houses behind it. Would recommended this house to others.

Great Social Distancing Stay

This property has everything you need and had everything listed in the description. This is a great home for young children and baby items were available (high chair, pack and play, and gate for top of stairs). The house was very clean and contains some minor wear, however nothing more than I’ve ever seen in any other vacation property. There were plenty of towels in all of the bathrooms as well as extra towels for the pool. The rental company was timely with communication and quickly resolved an air conditioning issue on the first floor. Once fixed, the house easily cooled and remained cool on both floors. The game room , located in the garage, has a portable AC unit that makes the room tolerable on a hot day, but not for long. The kitchen contained everything needed to cook and eat meals at home. There is a gas grill, but we didn’t use it. The washer and dryer are upgraded to front loading and worked well. The pool area and patio are very nice and relatively private. The pool was crystal clear the entire stay. There is a safety fence around the pool and locking sliding door out to pool. Many of the remotes, including for Wii needed batteries, so bring plenty of AA batteries. The family room TV and home theater sound system was challenging (four different remotes and no printed instructions)and we ended up using Netflix most of the time. During our stay, June 28-July 4, we found plenty to do in the local area despite Covid closures. Bruno’s delivers excellent pizza as well as Sakura Asian Fusion delivers excellent food to the community. The community pool and water park are very well maintained and my four year old loved the splash pad area. It was easier to drive to the community pool, but the playgrounds were in easy walking distance. This property is in a fantastic location for Disney. Although Disney Parks were closed, our trip to Disney Springs was very quick and easy on surface streets and the return trip back on 4 was easy. Be aware of the property’s no cancellation policy. This was supposed to be a March trip that had to be rescheduled due to Covid-19 and a refund was not an option.

Good Property

We have stayed at multiple locations in Windsor Hills. This house was clean and had what we needed. It could use a little repair work as many of the cabinet doors were not hanging properly. But, overall we enjoyed our time and the owner was responsive.

Everything you see in the pictures is correct. Good game room, great size house, no major issues. The electronics in the living room were a bit much to figure out. Which one is surround sound etc. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Very Disappointed

We booked this villa for a 22 night stay but were really disappointed in both the home and the management company. On checking in the upstairs was really hot so we called the manager and reported it, she said she was aware of the problem and would send someone out. This should have been repaired prior to our check in. During our stay despite 2 temporary fixes by repair man it never really worked well and we were told it needed a new part and that this would be done on a given day but it never happened. The house is in need of a deep clean and some updating. Sliding closet doors in bedroom don’t work, downstairs bedroom had closet doors just standing in room not actually on closet. Toilet seats were scratched, chipped and thoroughly unhygienic. Lots of lightbulbs were missing or not working. Under beds had items from previous guests which means the floors hadn’t been properly cleaned. All kitchen cabinets were sticky and in need of cleaning. All rooms very dusty on check in. Pool was only cleaned once during our stay and that was 6 days after I rang to say the pool heating wasn’t working and the water level was dropping, the villa manual stated pool is cleaned weekly. The worst thing was the atrocious attitude from the management company. When I called to report a bathroom light not working I was asked very rudely if I’d switched it on at the wall. A few days later I called regarding the AC and pool issues and left 4 voicemails over 2 days before my call was returned. The lady then screamed at me that it was out of hours and hung up on me, she then called back to check on the address. When she visited the villa the next morning to look at the pool she apologised for her behaviour. Really poor service. I don’t expect to be treated like that after spending thousands of dollars on renting. Positive aspects; Excellent quality kitchen and laundry appliances, everything you could need in kitchen, lots of coat hangers. This villa could easily be 5* plus if it was cleaned, decorated and if the management company took care of it and their guests. I did email the management company after checking out and they rang with an apology and the offer of a discount on future rentals. That’s not good enough, the villa should have been clean, there’s no excuse for not repairing doors or replacing broken toilet seats. As for the rudeness and verbal abuse when we called it’s totally unacceptable so for those reasons I’d not rent from them again.
