Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): Master suite with king bed and ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): Room with two double beds and ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor): Mickey-themed room with queen bed and ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor): Minions-themed room with bunk bed (double + single) and ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 5 (2nd Floor): Avengers-themed room with two double beds

Bedroom 6 (2nd Floor): Princess-themed room with two double beds

(Bedrooms 5 and 6 share a full bathroom; additional half bath by the pool)

Fees and Access Information:

Clubhouse amenities are available to guests for an additional charge during their stay. Please note that the clubhouse administration may also charge optional fees for certain activities such as special events, seasonal programs, or rental of sporting equipment.

1–12 guests: $35.00

13+ guests: $45.00

This is a one-time fee per house per reservation, payable directly at the clubhouse front desk upon check-in.
