    • We do our best to keep the pool available, but no refunds will be given if it’s out of service due to maintenance or weather
    • Exterior security cameras are in place for safety and monitor outdoor areas only
    • Violation of these rules may result in removal from the property and forfeiture of all remaining nights and payments

Nice space. Clean. Private. Pleasant gazebo space out back. Convenient location. Good off-street parking. It could use some repair and maintenance, specifically the lights around the gazebo need to be replaced, one of the chaise lounges is torn, and the pool and deck need some attention. But I'd stay there again.

We didn't use the pool but it looked like fun. Great having a washer and dryer available. House was clean and well stocked with the necessities. We would stay again.

Ample space with nice kitchen and bathroom updates. Access to laundry room was nice. Location is quiet with convenience stores and several places to eat just a quick drive away.

Great location! The host was very responsive and accommodating. No problems, no issues. Beautiful home with plenty of space and all you need to enjoy your stay. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants to enjoy the attractions but would like to get away from the excitement and have some normalcy. Thanks again!

The property was just as described. Easy to get to, clean, and safe property. We stayed for a week and wouldn’t change a thing about our trip.

House was very nice and clean. We were in FL for a UCF baseball weekend and thought, from the description, that the house was closer to campus than it actually was. But it was ok. We did have an issue with ants on the patio, but someone did come and spray after a cpl days. Gave communication 4 stars because I left messages for host thru vrbo and wouldn't get a reply until almost 24 hours later. We did not use the pool, but someone did come to clean it while we were there. No extra garbage bags in the house, so we did purchase some and leave them for future renters. All in all a good experience. Definitely enough room for all of us and ample parking for our 2 vehicles.

Daytona Bike Week

We had a pleasant stay in this home. Visited Daytona a couple of days that was not too far for the trip then went to Coco Beach for a day. Local restaurants, grocery and gas very convenient located.

Wedding trip

This property was truly amazing! The house was very clean and the backyard was very private. You really felt like you were in your own little world, rather than in a huge city. The pool was refreshing and well maintained. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are looking for an Orlando getaway.

Clean, Well Appointed, and Comfortable

We needed three rooms for our son’s orientation at UCF, and this place was perfect! Nice amenities, and very well kept. The owner is easy to reach and very helpful. Recommended.

I had a terrific week there .Very clean..Backyard pool was nice and very peaceful and quiet too.The showers heads was very nice.Im upgrading mine today.The host response is very quick. I will go back there again in a year.30 minutes from Universal Studios and 5 minutes from Walmart .Nice area .Highly Recommended

Overall a great stay. You will be about 30 mins from major parks like Universal or disney, but this is a very relaxing quite location to bring you and your family. We were very pleased with the bedroom set-up for or kids and us . Thank you

A month in paradise...

This home is roomy, close to pretty much everything you'll need. Was a great place to escape the snow and ice storms in MI for a month. Owner is very responsive to messages.

Definitely would recommend!

This house was exactly as described. I would definitely not hesitate to book again . Great location.. close to UCF and downtown Orlando. Everything was perfect and convenient.

Perfect

House was perfect, very clean and exactly what we expected. Plenty of room for me and 2 teenagers and a backyard that one of the prettiest I’ve seen. We did not use the pool but spent lots of time sitting outside just enjoying the scenery. It was close to activities we had planned and I always appreciate access to washer/dryer. I have no complaints on this property and would love to stay here again at some point.
