The Den! Private Pool and Pond Views, 5 Miles to Disney

3 beds 2 bath with private pool + water view! Located in a quiet neighborhood with security patrol. The neighborhood also offers a community pool, tennis court and playground within walking distance. Absolutely no pets allowed.

We are located only 5 miles from Disney Parks, Universal, outlet malls and amazing restaurant options.

Private screened in pool for the family to enjoy.

The home has a private driveway which will comfortably fit 2 large vehicles or 3 small vehicles. There is street parking for extra vehicles if needed in front of the home. Front door access is provided with electronic coded security deadbolt.

Home is equipped with exterior security video monitoring(Rear door/pool and front door).
Pets are allowed with a pet cleaning charge per pet prior to booking. Homes are deep cleaned after pet stays to ensure we are hypoallergenic

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting the Disney parks. The house was very clean. Communication with the owners was top notch. We had no issues during our stay. Note for future travelers: the kitchen is bare of all food (no spices, oil, etc.), and the initial supply of items such as dish detergent, laundry detergent, paper supplies, etc. is enough for only a couple days. Plan to bring your own or purchase nearby.

Our stay at The Den was absolutely perfect. The villa was immaculately clean and well-maintained, boasting all the necessary facilities and more. Its spacious and comfortable layout was ideal for unwinding after a day out.The neighbourhood was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, offering a genuine sense of privacy. However, the location couldn’t have been better; we were conveniently close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants, making exploration effortless.The hosts were friendly, responsive, and always respected our privacy. Overall, The Den exceeded our expectations in every way, a fantastic place to stay and one we’d happily return to.

Great place for families visiting the area. Easy to drive to all the parks. Plenty of food and shopping very close by. Quiet neighborhood. House is well stocked with activities for the kids, pool, board games, Ping pong and air hockey, tvs in all rooms. Highly recommend.

We have travelled to Orlando for the past 4 years to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. This has been the cleanest and most up-to-date property. No leftover hair or specks of dirt anywhere. The dishes in the cabinets were clean and the cookware were up-to-date and usable. I have seen some things. Check in and communication were great.

I rented as a girls trip / graduation gift with my daughter and a friend. The property was recently updated and very nice. The owners were great with communication, even giving reminders to take out trash and recycling. The location was very convenient to lots of different venues. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay at The Den in Chatham Park. Where to start ... villa recently remodelled and looked and felt like a new home. The important bits .... spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen (we didnt cook but everything was there if you needed it), flat screen Roku tv's in each room, gaming console, air hockey and table tennis in the garage ... and best of all (at least for us) a good sized clean pool.Mike and Jasmine were great communicators, responding to our few enquiries almost immediately. We have vacationed in this area many times during the last 25 uears and find it great for access to shops, restaurants and the theme parks.We, and other family members, are already looking to rebook sometime next year.

Amazing location and property

We had an amazing stay at the den with the lake views, heated pool to a good temperature so it was well enjoyed. The house comes with all amenities you could ask for which made our stay very comfortable. The addition of the games room was appreciate by our daughter. We stayed for part of our Disney trip and the location was very easy to reach the parks within 15-25 mins subject to traffic and which park. The drive was easy and after a long day out there was lots of restaurants near the house as well as Walmart and publix near by for the shopping needs. We had great communication from the property managers which was great to have the quick responses. We would 100% recommend and look to visit again in future.

What a wonderful place to chill out

Booked this house to see a few Central Florida attractions: Disney, minor league baseball, space launch, all within easy reach, and ended up spending a lot of time just chilling out by the pool and watching the ducks hang out by the pond. So relaxing. Owners were very easy to reach and very accommodating, and the house had everything we needed to make it a comfortable week. Wouldn't mind staying here again if we come back to Orlando.

Quiet home

We came here the coldest week in January with the arctic front. But that did not stop us - we were still able to use the heated pool. The house was quiet and we did not hear any noise from surrounding houses. House was clean and warm when we got there. Every thing was labeled well for the lights and remotes. Communication with the owner was great and easy check I. Would definitely come back

The property was really nice, It was quiet and fairly private and it was nice to just float in the pool and lounge in the sun while listening to the birds and nature. The house has a very homey atmosphere with a lot of space for family and a nice living area.

Nice Home to Relax at

The home provided us a place to relax after a busy day at the theme parks. We weren’t cramped into hotel rooms and there was 2 baths. The home was located close to Disney World and not far from Universal. We allowed some travel time but not nearly enough on the first day. It took us an hour to get to Universal and an over a half hour for Disney World. The traffic was bumper to bumper on the weekdays. The pool looked inviting to get in at the end of the day and it was nice sitting around it. The only complaint was the twin beds were not comfortable.
