House was perfect for our group attending a trade show. Some of the guests ate something bad in town and got very sick. Fortunately, they were comfortable in the condo and could relax. Each bedroom has its own bathroom- very important. Beautiful walking path with lots of wildlife to enjoy on your way to the pool or grocery store. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great Location to Universal Studios

Location was very close to Universal. It was very clean. It was convenient to have three full bathrooms. All TVs and remotes worked. Owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. Would stay again when visiting Orlando.

We stay at Vista Cay every year and most all of these units works well for our purposes -- rooms with attached bath, well appointed kitchens and nice family room area with table space or seating to debrief on day's events or continuing work. This particular unit is in keeping with our expectations for updated or properly maintained furniture and spaces making our stay truly turnkey.The only reason why not 5-star this time around is due to issues getting connected to wi-fi / internet. Obviously a big mark against, and if we didn't also have a close by unit whose wi-fi was working, then this miss would have been a bigger issue.As it is, not going to ding too much and still recommend as a convenient location for either business (conferences) or park (Universal is very close) purposes -- location is prime as far as I'm concerned!

AMAZING communication and service

We stayed for our daughter’s basketball tournament. Upon arrival we discovered the washing machine was broken. We reported the issue and a brand new washing machine arrived the same day!!!! Highly recommend staying here!

I was really impressed with the deep cleaning the cleaning company did. I have to admit that the contract was a bit intimidating with a bunch of fees for not complying with basic rules. I am happy to report I had no additional fees and the property manager had excellent response time. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your property with my family.

Spacious & comfortable, clean, great location near Universal & Orange County Convention Center

We were attending a tour at the convention so this location was perfect for us. It was nice having the Publix & restaurants nearby too.
