This fully furnished two bedroom condo is the perfect place to spend your exciting, fun filled family vacation in the Disney area. Just 4 miles from Walt Disney World, you will be close to all the area attractions yet be able enjoy the secluded and tranquil resort atmosphere of Legacy Dunes. This condo is exactly what you have been looking for: neat, clean, priced right, fully equipped and close to everything!

This condo is located in the award winning gated community of Legacy Dunes. The Tropical Beach Style walk-in pool with a kids fountain play area is the perfect place for you to sit in sun, read a good book or cool off after a fun filled day. Tennis, volleyball or basketball are a few of the activities that you will enjoy. For all you fitness buffs, start or end your day with a workout in the complete fitness center.
This condo is located on the ground floor.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk in closet, LCD cable TV and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, walk in closet, an LCD TV. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, appliances, plates and glasses, utensils, pots and pans and everything you would need to prepare meals. The condo has a dining room, and a living room with a LCD cable TV, and a full size sofa bed. This condo sleeps up to 6 people. The condo has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer for your convenience.
Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter soap, shampoo and toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items as you use them. All linens and towels are provided.

Legacy Dunes Resort and this condo are located just 4 miles from Disney off of 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. There are several restaurants and shopping centers conveniently located near the resort.

This is a privately owned condo and is self catering. The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and after you check out. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay.

Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. We need this time to have the cleaning service prepare the condo for the next guest. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure.

PETS are allowed for an extra fee and absolutely NO SMOKING inside the condo, no exceptions! You can smoke outside on the screened balcony only.

Wonderful place for vacation

Nice and comfortable place for our vacation about 14 days. It‘s very close to Disney and also to Universal Studios.Check in was very easy and the host was very kind.

Great location/easy access

The property was fine for what we needed it for. Good location and easy in/out. It was more just a place to sleep. It could have been a bit cleaner and it would have been nice if blinds weren't missing on the sliding door for privacy in the living room but minor issue. The couches could use an upgrade but for the price it was suitable.

Good and bad

The space was big enough for my husband, myself, my toddler and my father. Good location, quiet area and beautiful pool. The condo could use a good clean, the common touch areas like the closet handles were dirty and sticky, the shower curtain had mold, everything was pretty dusty, bedding and towels were stained, the couches smelled strongly of febreze and the plug in in the dining room was such a strong chemical smell you could taste it. All things the property manager could fix for a more enjoyable stay.

Great stay but minor issues that could be fixed

Although we enjoyed our stay and Alex was very good to deal with, there are a few issues that need to be delt with. The single beds in the one room were in disrepair, the closet door in the same room was broken, the front door latch needs fixing and the couches need a good cleaning. Alex was attentive to our concerns and fixed some of the issues for our stay but they need to be fixed more permanently for future. we would consider going back to this resort which was still very enjoyable

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay! This condo was close to several things and not to far from the parks. My children enjoyed the pool quite often. Unit was clean and the owner responded very quickly when there was a slight issue with the badges “ technical” . We will definitely stay here again if we return to Florida.

Very nice and quiet place for a family

It's clean and nice and all we needed for some rest between Disney World Park visits. As we entered the apartment a table was set with wine glasses and plates on it, it's a small thing but made me feel very welcome :).

Our condo was everything we needed. Just the right size and very well kept. We enjoyed the pool quite often :) We also really enjoyed how close it was to everything, but out of the hustle and bustle of everything.

Very Nice Place,But

The condo was very nice, clean and decorated nicely, the only problem was some things were overlooked. For example no face cloths in washroom, no dish cloths in kitchen. Also other condos I have stayed in provided a little supply of toilet paper, not just one roll, paper towels, not just one roll, and garbage bags, not just one bag. But overall it was a very nice place. I would stay here again. Thank you Peter Lockwood Ontario Canada

Place was nice, nice decoration, quiet community but could not get much sleep during our stay. A lot of banging was coming from one of our neighbours early in the morning and at night. It was so loud that the wall decoration was shaking in the bedroom. The AC compressors was right outside our bedroom window and was also making a lot of noise.

Local agradável, limpo, com tudo que precisamos quando estamos de férias. O fato de ser térreo também nos agradou muito, facilita com as malas e compras. O piso porcelanato também nos agradou muito pois a maioria dos locais tem carpete e isso é muito ruim para os alérgicos. Comfy condo near Disney

We spent 3 nights at this condo on a short vacation to the Disney water parks. It was perfect for our family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children. The condo was very clean, which is super important to me. The photos reflect just how the condo looks inside. It is in a gated community and it was quiet, no noise from above. The property manager was super at communicating with us throughout the visit. He made sure our late check in was easy and delivered a few items that were missing from the condo in just a few short hours from my request. There were numerous restaurants close by. Disney was just a short drive away as well, maybe 8 minutes to the water parks. I would stay here again. You can't beat the price!
