Come and relax with your family and friends at our beautifully decorated 3500 square foot large vacation home. It features 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. With a huge living area, fully equipped kitchen, only a mile to Supermarket, easy access to Uber eats, other food delivery services and many restaurants nearby, it's perfect for your family to relax together and enjoy each other's company. The fabulous private Pool/Spa with child safety pool fence, plus free usage of all baby gears ( crib, highchair ) and in-house washer/dryer, provide all of you more fun and relaxation after a long day in Disney or a day trip to beaches on the East or West coast.

This home is ideally situated in the popular district of Windwood Bay community, an area of secluded luxury privately owned villas. Windwood Bay is the perfect spot. It is right next to the I-4 at Champions Gate, which will take you to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, Discovery Cove, ESPN, beaches on the east and west coasts, shopping malls, several championship golf courses, Busch Gardens, and the Space Centre. It certainly has the best of all worlds. Take a scenic stroll around the area which is surrounded by forests or a 10 minutes drive will take you to the busy 192 area with crazy golf, restaurants, and shops galore. For the avid golfer, there is the delightful Champions Gate Golf Course 1.5 miles away ( two 18 hole courses both designed by Greg Norman).

We use a highly recommended locally based management company with friendly 24-hour support to our guests. Whether you are a seasoned Florida visitor or contemplating visiting "the magic" for the first time, we believe that we can satisfy all of your vacation needs.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Using the pool without heating is included.
Optional Pool/Spa heating, $35 per night plus taxes for the entire stay. No partial stay.
Optional Grill rental, $65 per stay. Guest fills propane as needed.
All options need to be booked before arrival.

A starter of complimentary toilet paper and small bar soap are provided for your initial convenience. Renters are then responsible for providing all further supplies required for the duration of their stay.

Family vacation

The home is absolutely beautiful....but the basic needs of regular cleaning supplies was horrible....the broom mop and vacuum there are aged and should be thrown away....host never called to even check if i was able to get in if i needed anything else there were no bath rags dis rags only 1 dishwasher pod and i paid to stay for 4 days half a roll of tissue in every bathroom

Beautiful home, perfect for our family!

This home was spacious and clean. Close to all the attractions. We loved the private pool and hot tub. Great communication with the property owners. We would definitely stay here again!

I usually do not take the time to write a review, because I am never that impressed or disappointing but we sure were extremely disappointed this time. The house was as described but we had an EXTREMELY big problem with the Air conditioning. The AC is controlled by the owner and cannot be changed, the AC was set at 78! 78 for a 7bedroom huge home with over 15 guests is NOT OK! we were literally HOT some of us had to go out and buy a floor fan. It is the middle of the summer, it's Florida and we were walking around the home sweating. This is not OK as we just paid over a lot of money for 2 nights in this home, additionally I believe that if the home includes a pool and Jacuzzi why would you have to pay extra for the Jacuzzi to be heated? aren't we already paying over so much money for this rental? The home decoration did not impress me at all! very outdated, I have seen and been in better rentals

Xmas vacation in Orlando

Large Space, Bad Rental

We booked this vacation rental for our annual guy trip. We are a group of middle age professional men and do an annual guy trip every year. This year we went to Orlando and chose this vacation rental on size and the photo's shown. We will state that it is a very large rental with lots of space. Upon arrival to the unit we opened the door and had a very large amount of love bugs throughout the downstairs and upstairs. We noticed that the front door allows daylight all the way around it and that the back sliding glass door would not close all the way allowing all of these bugs in. We continued to inspect the unit and found urine in the down stairs half bath, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall, the upstairs towel bar in the far bedroom bath came off the wall, light bulb was burned out in downstairs large bedroom, ants all over the counters for the entire trip, top of fridge was covered in hair and some other type of debris that we could not identify, candy wrappers from previous trip under the beds of the downstairs front bedroom, blender did not work as it was seized up, trash cans outside were left full of trash even though it states in the check out procedures that this is grounds for fines, holes in screen around pool that allowed bugs to come in, low water in the pool the day we arrived with scum along all the waterline tile area, algae growing in the pool, stained carpets everywhere, severely scuffed walls, patches for holes in walls that have never been painted, backsplash coming undone behind sink, cable television did not work the entire trip. We paid for a gas grill and got to cook out on it once then it was empty. The grill also had a broken wheel and no grease drip pan. When we notified the owner of some of the problems, they were addressed immediately but we felt that for the amount paid and what was shown online, the two definitely do not match up. This is a large space but I would not rent from this owner again and would not recommend to anyone. We use VRBO every year to travel all over the country and this unit was a very poor example of what is available on VRBO
