Fees:
* Pool and spa heat: $35/day (minimum 3 days, request 7 days prior to check-in).
Please Note: The spa is part of the pool system. Pool heat is required to heat the spa. Spa-only heating is not available. Pool heat must be paid to heat the spa
* Cleaning fee applies to all stays. Mid-stay cleaning available for an additional fee.
* Waste Pickup: We are pleased to offer valet trash service for your convenience. A member of our team will place your trash curbside the evening before collection and return the bin promptly after pickup, please ensure all trash is bagged and placed inside the night prior.

Parking rules:
There is a limited parking property address.
Two vehicles are allowed to be parked in the driveway provided:
Parked vehicles DO NOT block sidewalks. Parked vehicles DO NOT park on the streets or on the grass.
Please note: the parking of RV's is prohibited in the community.


If guests cannot comply with the community access rules, they will not be allowed on property. Vehicles can/will be towed at the vehicle’s owner’s expense. If the issue escalates, guests can be trespassed by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office and the property manager/owner will be notified.

House Rules:

5) Driveway for 2 cars with extremely limited street parking.

By placing a reservation with Mid-Florida Home Management and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you, as the Guest, give permission to C & M Worldwide Holdings Inc. to use a third-party company, Safely, to screen your identity and check criminal databases in order to confirm your reservation. A guest screening process will be conducted, and further instructions will be provided to complete this step.
