Located in the secure gated community of Bella Vida Resort, it offers resort-style amenities and the perfect balance of privacy and leisure. Just minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Orlando International Airport, this home provides easy access to all the city's top attractions.

• Any vehicle parked on the street, grass, or blocking the sidewalk is subject to immediate towing at the guest's expense, including all towing and recovery fees.
• Please ensure all drivers in your group are aware of this policy to avoid penalties.

The house was just what we needed. It was very nice and clean. The only problem that I had during my stay was having to have a QR code to get into the community, and it was not emailed to me before our arrival, but besides that issue, we had an amazing stay.

Can’t wait to book again!

We spent six days at this property for a quick family getaway and had an amazing experience. The house was impeccably clean and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The property management team was fantastic—responsive, professional, and accommodating. Everything matched the listing perfectly, and the heated pool was a fantastic bonus! This home truly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to book again!

Great Townhouse

This was a perfect place to stay. We encountered an issue to no fault of the home owners and they responded very quickly and checked in on us as well. Great place for kids and adults.

TLC Required

Although we enjoyed our stay, it is clear the property is in need of better care. For example, the pool furniture was disgusting and needs to be replaced, there was mold on the underside of some of the cushions and it’s clear the cushions are quite old. The were a few issues with the property during our stay but the management company was quick to send out maintenance staff. With that said, when we arrived we noticed a significant tear in the pool screen enclosure and we reported it right away. Despite reporting it was never repaired during the weeks we stayed at the property. The pool was well maintained by pool staff but the pool area needs a good cleaning.

Fabulous, clean property

We booked this last minute and the staff were great at making it happen quickly for us. The property was spotless and like a home from home. Lots of utensils in the kitchen and Tupperware to take sandwiches to Disney. The beds were really comfortable and the Air conditioning was great. The pool area although not huge was great for us and a lovely view over the lake. I would definitely recommend this property. There were 4 of but it could easily have slept more. Overall great Villa I would stay again

Bis auf kleine Mängel…

Wir haben das Haus für 1 Woche gebucht. Haben für Poolheizung und BBQ extra gezahlt. Pool war warm, BBQ konnten wir leider die ersten 2 Tage nicht nutzen weil er vor unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt wurde und auch abgesperrt war. Das Bett im Masterbedroom sollte unbedingt überarbeitet werden! Bei jeder Bewegung macht es laute Geräusche! Leider wurde der Müll nicht regelmäßig geleert, so dass wir die halbe Woche den Müll vom Vormieter vor dem Haus stehen hatten. Ansonsten ist es ein wirklich schönes Haus in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Supermarkt kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Trotz der kleinen Mängel können wir das Haus empfehlen und würden es auf wieder mieten. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war super! Barbara war sehr kompetent.

Amazing location and accommodation!

We stayed with a family of 4 people, for 2 weeks. The house is a 3 minute drive away from Walmart! The house is beautiful, modern and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with every kitchen utilities you could think of, which we loved. There is a nice pool with a view. We would definitely stay here again! The only minor point was that the king bed in the master bedroom upstairs, made noises. everytime you would enter the bed or even just turn around it would make lots of noise, you could hear it even downstairs! Also there is only 1 towel per person for a stay of 2 weeks. We asked the management company for more towels, but they told us that this was the policy. The same with bed sheets, no extra sets available. So you should do laundry a lot. But besides the minor points we had an amazing stay!
