House Rules
* No smoking inside the property.
* No parties or loud activities permitted. Violation of this rule may
result in additional cleaning charges and immediate eviction.
* Pets are allowed with a maximum of 2 pets.
Use of Amenities
* Pool heating must be requested in advance and has an additional
daily cost.
* Pool is cleaned weekly, and BBQ propane is checked regularly.
* Pool towels are provided and should be taken care of and left in
the home after use.
* Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas only; the
driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles.
* Shipping is only allowed via private carriers; USPS does not
deliver in Solterra Resort.
* Valet trash pick-up service begins after 11 AM daily. Trash must be
bagged and tied securely.
Community and Resort Rules
* Guests have year-round access to shared community amenities, which
include a lazy river, beach volleyball, tennis courts, and a full
gym.
Important Warnings
* The house does not have a hot tub; jets in the pool only circulate
air and will keep the water warm but not hot.

Resort amenities including the Water Park, Lazy River and Slides,
Tennis, Common Green areas and Gym. Payable direct to the clubhouse.
