    FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
    We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
    Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
    If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
    If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
    No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Best time ever

This was our first time using VRBO. we can’t wait to do it again. This property was exactly like the pictures, but better. Property management was great. First day we had problems with the TV. The next day we had 6 new cable boxes. We had so much fun. All of us agreed it was much better than staying on. Disney property. Best part was the pool. We took total advantage of this. Can’t say enough good things about this property.

Beautiful House

House was exactly as advertised. Nice set up, space was perfect and cleanliness. I would change the pots. They are all cast iron and difficult to cook certain items but overall i would definitely rent again.

Excellent stay!!!

Our family had an excellent time at this property. It was very clean and exactly as listed. Our kids enjoyed the pool on a daily basis and had plenty of space within the house. We had a great time. There were only a couple of issues with the stove and amount of towels but the property manager was very understanding on the phone. The resort is little smaller but there is enough to do: there is a pool, basketball court and soccer field, but no tennis court. For all of those listening, I would stay here in this house again without reservation. The only advise would be to install curtains along the eat in area and front door for privacy.

Great house in a great community

The house was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room for 13 of us. The pool and hot tub were great for the convenience. The dual air conditioning worked very well, too. Kids loved the game room and spent many hours playing!

Awesome Place!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious and clean! We loved it, and we will definitely stay here again in the future. The house was excellent, everything was as described in pictures.

Family trip to Orlando/Disney

Great house with plenty of room to spread out. Met our expectations. The neighborhood was newer with great amenities however other renters in the neighborhood did not adhere to car/ parking rules and noise curfew. This resort needs to address their trash policy. Cleaning crews put trash on street curb in bags and It set several days. Unsightly to say the least.

The pictures don't do it justice

I chose this property for the game tables in the garage which were great for the rainy evenings when we could not swim. I loved the furnishings as most of the other properties I looked at had a lot of glass tables and hard chairs. This property was inviting and comfortable, and tons of space!

Nice Stay

THE RENTAL WAS JUST LIKE THE PICTURES. Maintenance did have to come out to service jacuzzi because it wasn’t getting hot. Master suite and upstairs king suite did have a lot of ants along the walls (didn’t see them at first because they are small ) , Cleanliness was good overall . laundry room was dusty with lent from dryer , but overall it was a good stay . Houses are close and you can hear the neighbors when you are outside in the pool area. Will stay again

Great family experience

The property was just as pleasing as advertised. We stayed for few days Orlando getaway. The home is brand-new, top notch furniture and the kids didn’t wanna come out of star room and the pool, home is located in also very nice with the resort clubhouse. We were conveniently located near shopping and attractions. Just few mints from Disney… The game room was great for everyone. The property manager was very nice and responded immediately to any questions. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks again guys.
