Use of Amenities

* Pool heating requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to
check-in.
* If the BBQ grill is used, it is provided with the first full
propane tank and must be cleaned after use.

Waste Disposal

* Valet service is available for daily trash collection. Ensure
garbage is enclosed in trash bags and placed inside the trash
receptacle outside the front door. Loose items or open bags are not
permitted.

Parking

Please Note: Parking at this resort includes three complimentary
vehicle passes. Any additional vehicles will require payment of an
additional fee of $25 per vehicle, per stay. All vehicles,
complimentary or paid, must be registered in advance of arrival through
the community’s electronic system. Each guest will receive a QR Code to
be scanned upon arrival once registered. If a guest has not been
registered in advance of arrival, the attendant will issue a one-time
24-hour complimentary pass, and the guest will not be permitted
re-entry once expired. Please ensure that all vehicles and drivers are
communicated to Top Villas prior to arrival at the resort.
