This property is family-friendly in the gated Windsor Hills community & accommodates up to 10 guests. There's a water park & pool, fitness center, tennis courts, & much more. Disney is just minutes from your front door so you won't have to waste any time getting to the parks!

The Space:

Step inside this professionally decorated townhome and unpack your bags to settle right in. All new furnishings and completely updated including granite countertops and stainless steal appliances. Featuring amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, free wireless internet access, and flat-screen Smart TVs, you're sure to feel right at home.
Take a seat on the sectional sofa and unwind as a movie plays on the flat-screen Smart TV, or head to the kitchen to prepare a bite to eat. Stainless steel appliances make both cooking and cleanup a breeze.
Soak up some sun by the pool - heated for an additional nightly fee - in your private screened lanai. A child safety fence offers peace of mind. The community swimming pool is available as well if you're in the mood for some people watching not to mention the new water park that was built on property!

Rest up for the next big day ahead and make yourself comfortable in one of the 3 well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features an elegant king-sized bed, while a second bedroom offers a classy queen. Kiddos will love the third bedroom with 2 twin-over-twin bunks.

- Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, 4 flat-screen cable TVs (in all bedrooms), screened lanai with pool (headed for optional nightly fee), child safety pool fence, in-unit laundry, on-site parking, community clubhouse access, and more
- The homeowner ensures that all bedding including bedspreads that is touched by guests is cleaned before the new guest arrives.
- Please note that there is a staircase to access the second floor however a bedroom on the main floor along with a full bathroom.

The Neighborhood:
- Windsor Hill community amenities include a pool, cinema, gym and arcade, tennis court, water park, and basketball court
- Convenient Kissimmee location just 10 minutes from Disney, with easy access to all the best attractions in the Orlando area.

Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:
We love to hosts long term guests. Please check out our extended stay discounts. There is a minimum 1 time/month cleaning requirement at $250/cleaning. Guests can requests to have the plunge pool heated for $25/day. For longer term stays we will cap the heated pool rate to $200/month.

Great vacation property

We were not in the system upon check in, but a quick text/phone call to Stacey fixed the situation. She was very friendly and had recommendations for our stay to make sure we enjoyed every minute of our vacation on the Windsor Hills property. The tile floors of the townhome were not the cleanest, but the rest of the home was to our standards. The resort property is great. Our children had a wonderful time. We will definitely return.
