  • This fully upgraded vacation home is conveniently located in the exclusive and gated Weston Hills Community which is only minutes from all the attractions and theme parks Central Florida has to offer. Sleeps up to 9 people comfortably with a kids/Disney themed room! This vacation villa offers high end furnishings and access to multiple pools (3) to include a fun kids splash park just steps from the villas backdoor. We offer complimentary high speed internet, Netflix and access to over 500 TV channels. The game room includes a pool table, air hockey table, darts, and ping pong table. Enjoy the oversized washer/dryer and fully equipped modern kitchen with upgraded appliances and granite countertops. End your days grilling in the backyard underneath the large wooden pergola.

    Enjoy access to all the fun and convenient amenities that Weston Hills community has to offer. Great stay

We had a great experience. Check-in was pretty easy. Our only problem with the property was the gate entry. We wanted a gated community but we had hoped for something a bit easier. Every time you had to use the guest check-in and slide your drivers license into a machine. It was a bit tiresome but overall worth it. The beds were comfortable and our boys enjoyed the game room. We would gladly stay again!

Disney/Universal Vacation

The property managers were very easy to work with, and the property was exactly as described. There was plenty of room for my family of 8 and the teens loved the game room. Probably the only downside would be the beds need to be upgraded. None of the beds were comfortable whatsoever. Also, we were unaware that pool access closes at 5:00 pm, so my teens were disappointed that they couldn’t swim after coming in from the parks.

Disney Christmas!

We decided to nix tradition and take our two teenage boys on a trip for their Christmas gift to spend the holiday together as a family. We were surprised to find this listing at such a reasonable price for the week! The property was just as listed and was conveniently located to the Disney Parks. We also took some time to drive to the Gulf, and visit the Wild Florida Gator Park to feed live alligators. While the water temperature was a tad cool for swimming in the onsite pools, I think that the warmer months would provide a wonderful atmosphere for that. Diego and Chelsey were super quick to respond to all messages. We did not want for anything while there. I would highly recommend the property and would most definitely consider returning.

Good accommodations at a fair price

Overall enjoyed the stay. We ran into some mechanical issues with some of the appliances but Diego got his maintenance man on it right a way. He kept me updated throughout the day regarding the repairs. The property was close enough to all major attractions (Disney, beaches, airport etc..) The home was quiet and secure. The only real flaw was I wish the beds were a bit more comfortable. My family and I had fun vacation. Thanks Diego!

Aunt and Niece trip to Florida.

Overall AWESOME stay! Beautiful home! Great location. Great communication! All the girls had a wonderful time. The pool was in a good spot. The house was just like the pictures. I would stay here again. Maybe sometime soon.

Perfect place to stay.

We stayed at the villa while in Florida for our Disney vacation. Diego was very accommodating and made the week go very smooth. The convenience of staying in a home far out weighs a hotel room. Our kids enjoyed the game room in the garage. I enjoyed having a full kitchen and laundry. We highly reccomend staying here and will again when we make our way back to Florida.

Great location and very quiet neighborhood

We stayed from 6/15/19 to 6/29/19 and were very pleased! The neighborhood is very quiet, which is great! The pool is literally right in the back yard! The location is perfect for any quick shopping you may need to do. There is a Publix and a Walmart very close by as well as some local restaurants and fast food joints. The Disney Parks are about a 30 min drive in the mornings with the traffic, which we didn’t mind in order to have the peace and quietness we did every night! The kitchen was stocked enough for our needs and there were also plenty of bath towels/washcloths and beach towels for the pool for our needs as well! That was nice to not have to bring our own! My boys enjoyed playing pool and air hockey in the game room! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home and hope to be able to return again one day! It was nice to be able to meet Diego as well upon arrival and have him go over some things with us!

Great place for family Disney vacation

We stayed at this home for about a week while we enjoyed the Disney parks with our kids. The convenience and closeness to the parks is part of why we chose to stay here, but it is also a beautifully kept home and neighborhood. We had such a packed schedule though that we weren't able to take advantage of the pool that was right next door to the house! We did enjoy our stay and have no complaints, and hopefully we will be back for another Disney trip in a year or two!

Holiday Haven

Diego was a home for us. Close enough to Disney, great host. From our initial VRBO meeting to talking in person at the villa, Diego was warm, friendly and helpful. The villa was a perfect , for us, close enough to Disney parks, outlet malls, golf courses, grocery stores and great restaurants but none of the noise and commotion that goes with them. The Weston Hills community is clean, tidy and the people are very friendly. The beds in the villa are comfortable and the tv is phenomenal. Loved our stay!

Lovely property; great host.

We stayed at Diego's property for 5 days in January 2019. The house is lovely. Very clean, spacious, nice and comfortable furniture - everything looked brand new, all the essentials in the kitchen, great TV's and programming from movies to all the sports channels, nice patio and gated community. We felt right at home. Given our schedule - we didn't get to use the pool or other amenities but hope to on our next visit. Diego was a great host and quick to respond to all my questions. Location was great - about 15 minutes into the heart of the Orlando tourist area and 15 minutes the other way to Clermont. Will definatley book again on a future visit. AH

Clean property with all of the amenities of home

The house was clean, had nice curb appeal and all the amenities of home. The centeral location put this property a short drive to the theme parks and reasonable drive to the east coast. Diego contacted us immediately to make sure everything was to our liking. The kids loved the game room and close proximity to the pool. The house was a 4.5 star. The pool was closed when the weather was nice enough to use it and the mattresses were very firm. These are the only reasons we’re not giving a five star. We will definitely stay again when we’re in the area.

Great place to stay!

We traveled from San Diego to Clermont to spend time with family and friends. This place was perfect for us. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We did not travel with kids or go to theme parks but if you are looking to do that, it's the perfect house. Very kid friendly, close to parks and the house has everything for the kids to have a great stay and have fun. For us with no children, it was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Diego and Chelsey checked in on us to make sure didn't need anything. I would recommend this place for a stay with children and parks or for anyone traveling into the Clermont area. Great place!

Florida Vacation November 2018

We enjoyed our stay very much. Staying away from all the excitement allowed for more time to relax and also gave us the opportunity to see more of Florida. This property gave us lots of room, comfort and we were able to enjoy meals together as a family. The only thing that we didn't like is the pool area closes by 5, and when your out and about it would really be nice to come back and have an evening swim especially on hot long days at the parks.

Great Vacation

Diego was very accommodating. I had many questions prior to my check in and he answered quickly each time. This was my first time using home away from home but if all owners are like Diego this is a great place to be. I’m very picky with stay when I vacation and the house was just up my alley. It was nicely kept and there was much to do. A playground for the kids, two pools and a huge water sprinkler for the kids. There was also a game room in the garage which my daughter and god daughters loved. The kitchen was fully equipped and so lovely to cook in. The kitchen is my favorite place to be and I definitely put it to use. There was a closet with a broom, mop, swifter and vacuum which was a great additional along with a washer and dryer. Each closet had its own amenities. There was even towels, wash clothes and beach towels for our use. The home was definitely a home away from home I enjoyed it very much and so did my family. I will definitely book again and I would recommend it to anyone interested.

Beat our expectations!

The home owner, Diego Cordeiro was very accommodating. We requested an early check-in and Diego helped us easily navigate with the check-in process/procedures. This home was nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, knives, silverware, etc. My only suggestion would be to have more than 1 wine glass available ! Additionally, another suggestion would be to provide dishwasher soap and a small amount of laundry soap. We did pay a cleaning fee, so providing dishwasher soap and laundry soap should be part of the cleaning fee. We also suggested to have better instructions for using the TV. We had to contact Diego to help us figure out how to use the TV remote controls, etc. Diego was very helpful and came over to the property to give us instructions on how to use the remotes. I really didn't want to bother Diego on a Sunday morning, but he was very willing to help us. The swimming pool area was very nice and secure. We used the pool area when we weren't exploring the major Disney attractions. The area was very secure and clean, etc. Disney is about a 30 minute drive and the airport is about 45 minutes. There are plenty of grocery options within close proximity to the property. The security process to enter the community worked out well. It was easy to use the security device to enter the community.
