Resort Community House with Pool Close to Disney Parks

Our house is inside a resort gated community. Right across our house guest can find the club house where there are two community pools and two hot tubs. The club house also has a gym, a bar and a restaurant. Guest can also enjoy of the private house pool that is on the house patio. The house has 3 rooms, 2.5 bathrooms and have bed for 7 people. The master room has a queen beed, and view to the lake and the community pool. The second room has a bunk bed, a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The Third room has two twins bed. Our house also has a full equipped kitchen and a laundry room with a dryer and washer machine.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We’re a large family with four children and a service animal, and the space was more than adequate for all of us. The property also features a small patio pool as well as a main pool; unfortunately, the weather was too cold during our stay to take advantage of them. Our primary reason for staying was our trip to Disney, and the location worked perfectly for that.We would absolutely stay here again.

Home away from home

Incredibly relaxing stay. Central location nearby to dining, Disney and shopping/grocery. Resort pool on premises was great but the private personal pool at night was arguably better. No complaints and will be back!

Spring Break 2025

The property location was great and close to everything. The host was great and reaponded quickly to msgs. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. And the pool deck was filthy with weeds everywhere, holes in the pool screen, etc. And the pool skimmer was ripped so we werent able to clean the pool very well as needed.

We have stayed at this property 3 times. The owner is very quick to respond to any issues. The townhome is very nice. The living room couches are extremely comfortable. Access to the pool is very close. The home is well stocked with kitchen supplies. Their price to stay there is very reasonable, and we just love renting from them.

Break from the cold

Centrally located close to everything 2 of the kids came down for a few days and was close to pick them up at the airport and return them to the airport the ball and hot tub were amazing The property had everything we needed thank you guys so much.

We had a great stay at this property. Home was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very attentive when we reached out with questions before booking. Location was great and the facilities were an added bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great stay

Our stay was great. Close to all the stores we needed to go to, loved the access to the private pool, had a great time grilling as well. The host was really nice and quick to get in touch during check in. The only thing I will say is I wish the outside table area was cleaned. It looked like no one has been there for a while so the table was really dirty and so was the grill. We didn’t mind cleaning it but just for the future it should be cleaned if guests have access to it. Inside was pretty clean just a little dust no big deal. Overall our stay was perfect.

Good place for a family

The house was nice, quiet and well presented. The checkin was easy and great communication with the host. My only complaint is the master bedrooms bed, while very comfortable, if very noisy. Just sitting down, turning over it would squeak squawk and creak. But everything else was great!

Universal Stay

This house was excellent. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay of 5 humans and two dogs. The security of a gated community was a plus. The kids enjoyed both the personal pool off the back of the townhouse as well as the community pools. The loop around the community pond made for a good walk for our dogs. If I had any wish it is that it was a little closer to our destination, but we knew that when reserving.

Disney Vacation

We had the best time staying at this home. The property was so easy to find, got in fast and loved the Disney decor. We felt at home immediately, it was safe and so very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Had a very relaxing nights rest and cool dip in the pool after a long day. We would love the opportunity to go back and stay here again. Highly recommended!

Perfect Location

I chose this property I chose this property because of its location and the fact that it was pet friendly. We were close to restaurants and multiple grocery stores. We had access to pools along with the one that was on the back patio which was very private. The property contained everything we needed for our trip. Communication with the owner was fantastic can't say enough about his quick and timely response to questions and overall information. We will definitely be returning.

Great getaway for an Orlando vacation

This is a very comfortable townhouse with a perfectly sized pool for kids to play in. The townhouse is in a nice gated community that is pet friendly and has good space for walking. There is also a club house and a larger pool to enjoy. It is located right off a main artery of Orlando, which can conveniently take you to theme parks, restaurants or other favorite vacation destinations. The house was very nicely Disney-themed furnished and spacious enough for our family of 4. It had all the necessary amenities for a home away from home, parking in front of the property and enough comfort and security that we would have gladly stayed a bit longer, if only we could. If we come back to the area, we'll definitely be looking at this property again!
