The space

The layout is thoughtfully divided across two floors. On the ground level, a private queen bedroom suite with its own separate entrance offers independent access and a guest bathroom - ideal for guests who appreciate a little extra privacy. The open-plan living and dining area flows naturally from the fully equipped kitchen, with a TV in the lounge and sliding doors opening onto a small patio with outdoor seating. It's the kind of space that resets easily after a long day out.

Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, the home sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms. A Star Wars-themed queen bedroom features two full-size beds - a guaranteed hit with young fans. A Princess-themed bedroom offers two bunk beds, perfect for younger children. The primary bedroom is a calm retreat with a king bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a balcony where you can ease into the morning before the day takes over. A laundry room and additional storage are also located on the upper floor.

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen covers everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table provides a central spot for the group to gather before or after a day at the parks.

Bathrooms

The home has 3.5 bathrooms in total. The primary suite has its own en-suite, the ground-floor suite has a dedicated guest bathroom, and the upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom. Essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel are provided for your arrival.

Regal Palms sits in Davenport, a prime base for everything the Orlando corridor has to offer. Walt Disney World is approximately 8-10 miles away - around 15-20 minutes depending on your chosen park. Universal Orlando Resort is roughly 20-30 minutes, SeaWorld is approximately 15-20 minutes, and Disney Springs is about 20-25 minutes. Orlando International Airport is approximately 25-35 minutes away. Shopping at Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets is around 20-25 minutes, and LegoLand Florida is roughly an hour's drive.

Initial supplies are provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, additional supplies may be needed. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Self check-in is available via smart lock. Free parking on premises.
