The residence has a FREE golf cart shuttle that transports guests to the different clubhouses and back to their vacation rental, this is a great way to get around the resort without having to walk or drive.

Apart from the main Club House, you will also have access to a more private area, with a swimming pool where you can take a dip or sunbathe, there is also an outdoor playground and a soccer field.

This area is just before the exit of the residence on the left hand side, and is less than 1 minute from the house driving and 5 minutes walking.

Both clubhouses have free parking available.

Clubhouse hours are from 9:00am to 9:00pm - every day.

The residence also offers free transportation service in golf carts around the community.

To enter the residence it is quite simple and friendly.

Parking is free and unassigned, so you can park in any available space in front of the house.

We want to get you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as:

As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. Items like oil, vinegar, condiments, etc will not be provided prior to check in.

• Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

The house has a Crib/ High Chair/ Stroller (at no additional cost)

*Bbq Grill: It has a cost of $43 for the entire stay

The Bbq grill works with gas and propane, utensils and cleaning are included.

*Pool Heating: It has a cost of $39 per day

The pool may take up to 24 hours to heat up, so it must be requested in advance, it can be requested for a minimum of 2 consecutive days and the pool temperature rises up to 95 degrees.
