The Space:

The rhythm of the day shifts naturally, offering each guest a chance to drift between themed rooms, communal lounges, and the sun‑warmed pool area. As evening settles, the home feels calm and spacious, a perfect backdrop for relaxed evenings together.
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 13 guests across six themed bedrooms. Downstairs, Bedroom 1 features a king bed in a Santorini‑inspired setting. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 5 each provide a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 includes two full beds with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 6 is a bunk‑style room with a twin over full plus a full trundle, also with an ensuite bathroom. All linens and essentials are supplied.
Bathrooms
Six bathrooms serve the property, several of which are ensuite, ensuring privacy and convenience for larger groups. Bathroom essentials are provided.
Living spaces
Two large living areas give ample room for gathering, movie nights, or quiet reading. A converted garage houses a billiard lounge, creating a dedicated spot for casual games. Air conditioning and heating run throughout the home, and a washer and dryer support longer stays.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances and opens to both indoor and outdoor dining areas. A sturdy dining table accommodates breakfast, dinner, and everything in between. Indoor‑outdoor flow lets you enjoy meals under the Florida sky or in the cool comfort of the kitchen.
Outdoor living
Step outside to a sparkling pool with optional heating, surrounded by loungers and seating for relaxation. A hot tub adds another soothing option after a day of adventure. A BBQ grill invites casual cook‑outs, while the landscaped patio offers space for conversation and sun‑bathing.

Nestled within Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, the property offers a private entrance with self check‑in via smart lock. Free on‑site parking and additional street parking are available. High‑speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace support both leisure and extended stays of up to 28 days.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:
-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;
-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;
-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;
-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;
-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;
-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;
-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.
IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.
Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The Neighborhood:
Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!
Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
