The Indoor space available is the "DOWNSTAIRS 1st FLOOR ONLY" and it features everything you see in the pics including dual MASTER bedrooms, functional den with large sleeper sofa, bathroom with garden tub for bubble baths and his and hers sinks, complete living room with bar top seating, and a full kitchen with cookware and cutlery. The outdoor space includes a walk out patio, a private in ground pool, a Jacuzzi jetted spa, covered cabana with overhead projector, gas grill, dog house and kennel, and much more. So, come experience the Florida life while kicked back in our luxurious one of a kind home with all of the amenities that will surely make your trip a classic memory.

Sunset from the very nice size backyard. I had my service dog white German shepherd and he had room to run around. You didn't feel like you were in a city!

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever been. There was urine on the beds. Other body fluids on the comforters. Dust balls on the walls. Layers of bugs and filth. Blood on the pillows. Screens that wouldn’t shut and windows that wouldn’t lock. The dirt was caked up so bad everywhere. The cabana is torn apart. The hot tub was musty and moldy and broken. There are cameras pointed right at the pool area. No replacement linens. If you complain they will bribe you to not leave a bad review.

Cool spot

My stay was ok. Property was cool. Outside not what pic looks like. Need a coat of paint. Inside clean and looked just like listing. Listing said no access to top unit but never stated that another person was living upstairs. Person walking around and doing laundry at 7am was not in my vacation plans. Also only used pool once cause we felt like the person upstairs was watching us.Had I known this would have chosen a place with more privacy. Outside of that no issues.

8 day stay

This Vrbo stay had its pro and cons.At this place called paradise has a person living up stairs so they are coming in and out of property when you are there .Arrival was pleasant because we were able to get into to property fairly earlier then stated, but made known that we would leave early on day of departure.Beds were very comfortable.There were only 4 plastic plates that were like frisbees which was actually comical and two forks to accommodate are stay . Underneath the sink was a foul Oder cause of a leak and was told to just keep an eye on it for him .The cabana area looked like it went thru a tornado , rips and tares threw out all the material , Didnt try to use projector cause it really seemed to be quite outdated . There was. Only a charcoal grill which was ok , but said there was a gas grill for are use . The pool was beautiful and loved every minute of it . The jacuzzi was musty smelling when we first got there so we as jacuzzi owners put a sliver of chlorine in it at the beginning of are stay , which mind you it was 8 days .Checking out was thought to be an accommodating thing on my part cause I left all areas very clean and ready cause he had people waiting to come in that same day . After checking out we were told that we were being charged for putting bleach in the spa ( which we did not put bleach in there . There was an empty container of bleach in garbage by the pool but that I used to clean the sink area in the house were the foul smell was.

We were so grateful for the private outdoor space. When we were at the property, we spent our time in the pool and outdoor cabana.Host was very responsive to communication.

We were told after we couldn't cancel that the Jacuzzi was not operational. Beds were completely worn out, ants all over the place, and very little supplies to get you started.

Great Location for Universal Studios

I booked this place as a birthday present to myself where I could bring my friends to Florida with me. It was a great location! Walking distance to stores and food, 15-20min drive to universal, and fairly quiet neighborhood other than when the place on the other side was having their trash taken out. The reason for a few of the missing stars is that check-In was rough. The host had mixed up the days of my arrival. HOWEVER, the host, co-host, and cleaning crew worked quickly to remedy the issues and they took great care of me! He made sure to make up for it, apologized multiple times, and checked in after a day or two to ensure that things were going well. Really wonderful host even in the face of mistakes. As for the house, it was good! Very cute, lots of plug in spots, you could log into your favorite apps on any tv there, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (including seasonings!!), and the outdoors patio thing was fantastic!!! The only down side, I had a group of 5 people (2 couples and another buddy). Theres only one bathroom and it is between the two main bedrooms. So my extra guest had to walk through one couples room or the other to get to the bathroom. Not a big deal because we are all pretty close, but I can see how it would be a big issue for some. Last quick thing to mention, the cohost lives upstairs. We had zero issues, he actually was extremely helpful and pleasant despite us arriving unannounced on day one. The house was everything we wanted and more. The cohost was very nice and the owner commented within minutes. I would suggest this house to anyone great location everything was decently close pool was nice. Would come back again

Needs work

We were not vacationing, our home was damaged by flooding and we needed lodging while our home was being repaired. We also have 3 dogs that made it challenging to find places that would accept them and had a fenced yard. As such, we were there likely more than someone coming to town to see the sites. There were only FOUR plates in the cupboard, but almost 20 cups. Only 2 coffee mugs. It seemed to be a mishmash approach, not a thoughtful and studied one for the comfort of guests. The hot tub was broken and never got repaired during the 2 plus weeks we were there and there was never any mention made of it getting fixed. We were told it was a previous guest, but the listing was not updated to advise potential guests of it being unavailable. The co-host who lives upstairs requires the use of the stairs that are inside the fenced area, which meant we needed to be mindful of his comings and goings when letting our dogs out into the yard. And the upper windows mean that there was no privacy at the pool if he was at home. There was not a recycling bin inside the home, but guests are expected to sort trash and recycling able items. Maxwell was always prompt with his responses to inquiries.

Family vacation

Rental space is nice, everything was like the pictures. Unfortunately due to the previous guests that stood there, we couldn't use the jacuzzi because it was out of order. Me and my family did a 20 hr road trip from NYC and we wanted to relax to the fullest extent. Maxwell did apologize and made up for that amenity we couldn't use during our stay. We really appreciated his hospitality and urgency when responding to messages regarding our stay. We had such an amazing time that we wanted to stay another day but it was already booked. Definitely would come back again next year!

Great Location

Our family of 6 was in town to visit Universal Studies. Perfect location with lots of shops and food choices. Walmart, CVS and other grocery stores where within a couple mile radius. Universal Studios was an easy 15 minute drive without having to get on I-4. Which is a MAJOR plus if you know Orlando. Everything was exactly as pictured. The host was very responsive and polite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider booking here again.

Just what we needed!

A great set up for a family get together. Pool, Jacuzzi, and Cabana and grill are great for everyone getting together and relaxing. House was comfortable and close to everything we needed. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. As a "Thank You" we left a new Kcup coffee maker for the next guests. We are sure you will enjoy.

Exceeded Expectations

Very nice, from the owner Maxwell, helped to make our stay smooth without any issues. The property was clean and well maintained that included lots of lovely provided amenities. Comfortable atmosphere, you can’t go wrong with this property, it was truly perfect for me and my family.
