    Bienvenido a nuestro condominio ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y privada en "The Villas at the Seven Dwarfs", que ofrece la mejor vida de estilo resort.

    Este complejo abierto las 24 horas ofrece varias comodidades, como una gran piscina comunitaria, jacuzzi, sala de juegos, gimnasio, casa club con acceso a internet, billar, mesa de ping-pong, voleibol de arena, baloncesto y cancha de tenis, bar Tiki , lago privado, parque infantil y una pequeña zona de chapoteo para niños.

    Excelente ubicación: 0. 5 millas a Sam's Club, 2 millas a un centro comercial Walmart las 24 horas, 4 millas a Old Town (Kissimmee), 6 millas a Disney Springs, 7 millas a Outlet Malls, 8 millas a los parques temáticos de Disney , 12 millas a Sea World y 13 millas a Universal Studios.

    Esta unidad, con espacio de estacionamiento justo en frente, se encuentra en una zona muy privada (sin salida) del complejo. Cuenta con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. El dormitorio principal ubicado en el primer piso tiene una cama king-size (colchón comprado en 2017), un baño privado y un televisor de 40 pulgadas. Dentro del armario del dormitorio principal hay un corralito, una trona, un asiento para el automóvil y una carriola disponibles para su conveniencia. Arriba hay dos habitaciones: una con una cama de matrimonio (colchón comprado en 2015) y la otra con 2 camas gemelas (colchones comprados en 2017). Cada una de estas habitaciones tiene un televisor de 32 pulgadas y un baño compartido (en el pasillo).

    Hay una unidad de lavadora y secadora en el primer piso, DVD en la sala de estar y todas las lámparas de esta unidad tienen portales USB para que pueda cargar fácilmente sus dispositivos cuando sea necesario. La cocina está totalmente equipada. El condominio cuenta con servicio de cable HD en todos los televisores, servicio gratuito de Internet de alta velocidad con Wi-Fi y llamadas de servicio de larga distancia gratuitas dentro de los EE. UU., Canadá, México, Puerto Rico, Guam y las Islas Vírgenes. Además, para cada huésped, suministramos un poco de jabón de baño, jabón para lavar platos y ropa y algunas bolsas de basura. También ofrecemos juegos de mesa y películas para niños y para la familia para que pueda disfrutar de una noche de cine.

This place was great! My family and I were in the area for Volleyball Nationals and this place was perfect for us 4. Once I booked this place our Host was super prompt and informative with all the information we would need. Once we arrived we were able to unpack and enjoy the pool and splash pad. The home was extremely clean and well equipped with large rooms and ample sleeping space. It is super close to a few different options for groceries (Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart, and Family Dollar). My only complaint is that we were unable to stay longer!If you are looking for a great place to escape I definitely recommend. If we are ever back in this area again I will definitely try to stay here again.

We love the Villas at Seven Dwarfs Lane. The entire community is clean, quiet and with the 24/7 security, safe.

Great Stay

Very nice place with tons of room. Located near all of the theme parks. We had a great time and love the place. We will be booking here again!

Nice condominium

A good place to stay if you planing visit the Disney parks , all restaurants and stores like Walmart and target are just like 3-5 minutes very convenience.

Great area and great resort overall

My short stay at this resort was great. The owner was very nice and has great customer service. The pool and all the fun things we were able to do was worth the drive.

Good Stay, great location

Great area, condo was clean and nice. Only complaint was that there was barely any toilet paper when we arrived and we ran out.

Disney Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Vilas at Seven Dwarfs. We had a week stay for Disney Vacation. The VRBO was very nice/clean with a lot of room. The Host communicated everything before our arrival. We would definitely stay their again

Nice Accommodations, Great Ammenities

Lovely condo on a quiet dead end. We were pleasantly surprised that the common areas seemed better than advertised. Great pool area & splash pad. Tiki bar was very nice and seemed to be always open when we wanted both food and beverage. Responsive manager helped create a great experience!

Condo at Villas at Seven Dwarfs

Excellent location hosted by supportive host. Patricia is available if any comes up - and even checked in with us to ensure everything was okay.Near end of visit - microwave malfunctioned. Patricia had a temporary countertop microwave was available within a couple days - while status of built in was determined.This was our 4th year with this Host - and we very happy with her outstanding support.

Very nice townhouse

Stayed at the property for a week and enjoyed the stay. Shower pressure was good, AC worked great, beds were comfortable and place was very clean with tons of room. Townhouse is located in a gated property with security 24 hrs. There is a large pool, sand volleyball court, tennis/pickleball court and basketball court. There is also a indoor clubhouse.

Nice appt house

The house was great. Only thing I had an issue was we thought the pool table was in the house itself. And the tubs were not freshly cleaned. But all in all it was a nice place to stay

Fantastic Area, Condo, and Hostess

We had a fantastic stay at the Villas at Seven Dwarfs. This is our second time at the Villas and the same Condo with a Great Hostess Patricia S. She stays available ( but not hovering ) to ensure any problems encountered- she can solve it for you. We have stayed twice with Patricia and have signed up for a third. Thanks Again Patricia.

great stay close to the park

Property was clean and close to the parks. For some reason the host was contacted by the hoa about a blind in one of the front window missing. The host contacted me and told me about the issue. Upon inspection, it looks like the blind was accidently pulled out of the brackets from a prior guest or houskeeping, because the blind was closed sitting on the sill. I took pictures, put the blind back up and informed the host of the issue. Blind looked ok except for a cracked top slat, and clips for the valance were broken off. I don't think it was an issue. The door sweep came off upon our exiting the unit on the last day. I let the owner know about that as well. So although we had 2 minor incidents during our stay, its not anything that the owner had any control over. I would definitely stay here again. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and was convenient to the parks. Only thing I thought was a bit much was washing and drying the towels prior to check out, that can make it hard to get out by 10am. I would suggest changing the rental agreement to only starting a wash of the towels and allowing housekeeping to put them in the dryer while cleaning the apartment (which i've seen in multiple other rentals).
