Use of Amenities

* Parking is limited to a maximum of 5 cars per house. Street parking
is allowed for overflow, but parking on the grass or blocking the
sidewalk will incur fines.
* If pool heating is desired, the pool heater must be activated; the
spa will not heat without it.
* The pool is serviced weekly for maintenance.
